I am in the process of renewing my license. I love the price of the program but it is very long and very slow! I am trying to carve out time blocks each day to get the classes done, but over and over again it takes forever to get each section in a class to load! I have been waiting now for 25 minutes to move on to the next section and keep getting timed out! It has been doing this all along but seems to get worse! I have tried different browsers and it does not seem to matter. Even in sections going from page to page can take up to 2-3 minutes at time and just gets so frustrating and it is just taking too long to complete! Please please do something about your server!!! It is hard to recommend this program if it is taking more than double time to get through a page!!! Adriane New Braunfels, Texas

I am a Texas Realtor trying to complete my 18 hours CE to renew my license. I have 2 hours of education already recorded with TREC. I just completed Train Agents Legal 1 and 11 adding another 8 hours to my record once I fax the certificates in to Train Agents. So, I need another 8 hours of classes. When I look through the available classes for renewal online with Train Agents, all I see is Legal 1, Legal 11, or the combines class of Legal 1 and 11 which I just completed. You don’t offer any other classes so I had to go somewhere else for them. I have used your company since I got my license 7 years ago and love them! With my busy and crazy schedule, doing them online with Train Agents was the only way!

There's no PDF version, nor audio as implied throughout site. The material does seem thorough, thus far. Great value, overall. Don't expect to be wowed in any sense of the form.

The content is dry and repetitive which is to be expected. It's the spelling and grammatical errors that's most frustrating. The courses were simple and informative. We'll see if it's sufficient preparation for the state exam.

Crashes and lags a lot. Other than that it's great.

The website itself has a few glitches. When moving from one lesson to the next, the web page would hang up and pop up with an error message. This would happen often enough to be frustrating when your time to study is limited. Also, a few of the lessons are very long, covering multiple subjects, making it difficult to absorb the information for the quiz. The information is very complete, and the instructor is very conversational with the lessons, which for me made it easier to pay attention.

The app does not work properly in any sort of mobile device and that is quite ridiculous. I would not recommended for that reason alone. It should work on an iPad or iPhone.

Not bad. Pretty easy to get around - somewhat unprofessional due to glaring typos and outdated graphics. There was one question where the law has changed but didn't get updated in the material. All in all, it gets the job done.
