Is because that's how long it takes the pages to load. and Train agents are quick to pawn it off on your system, your browser, your connection. When I can use multiple different web browsers all fully updated and several different computers on different connections,with no change... time to wake up and realize it's your servers with the problem. Between trying to juggle these classes and my time with a full time job the 15 minutes it takes a page to load every now and then are 15 minutes I don't have. Now, you might say- they have time to review this and they could be doing other things, this entire review was written and posted while waiting for train agents to load in another tab. This website is working fine. Oh look it loaded: "A critical error has occurred. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding" ---- Reply to them and all who read reviews - They are delusional. Just read through other reviews of people having the same problem, here I am weeks later. Same problem.

A few typos, some material contriducts itself, instructors delivery is poor and can be confusing, some test question have answers at the end. Overall not great. If I hadn't been licensed 16 years in another State, I'm not sure I'd pass. Cheapest course out there, you get what you pay for

Some of the English is so poorly written that it is sometimes hard to understand the jist of the questions/answers. There is poor grammar, in some instances so poorly written that you can't understand the sentence structure. I don't feel that anyone has really taken the time to think through each question. It seems that the company has copied other schools' lessons and then threw them up online. There's little attention to detail and deliberateness to the questions and answers. Makes it hard to study.

I cant bash this site as being the worst because I have not experienced other sites curriculums. I can however attest to the fact that this site pays little to no attention to the curriculum provided to those that purchase it. The amount of grammatical errors is unacceptable! Notice they do not mention refunds unless you FAIL your test. They claim help is available but it is little to non existent. The only time I have ever received feedback was when I emailed every email address on the site complaining that I had not received any answers to the questions I had submitted to "Ask the Instructor". I was told to check my spam, yes the folder that automatically deletes everything every few days! So I resubmitted my questions and checked for a reply everyday for a week and NOTHING! I would strongly suggest to spend the extra $100 and find a site that will refund you after viewing their text - not after your fail your test.

Spent a day or so looking over the material, trying to figure out what supplement was used with it as a lot of the notes were really vague. Realized that those notes were the only kind of material offered with this course, and they did not make much sense at all. Now, I am usually quite good at piecing two and two together and getting the big picture. However, none of it made sense and I was not impressed by any means whatsoever. Asked for a refund and received it a week or so after. $25 administrative fee was charged, but I am highly against that as I am certain that this information was not going to give me the knowledge I need to pass the real estate test in Texas, and them stating that it will is false advertising. Very unimpressed.

I left a review a few weeks into my course a few months ago and I never came back to update my review. To be charging $350 for this course I came across WAY too many typos to trust it. Not only that but once I got to the math portion of the course I came across a lot of things that confused me and made no since and my instructor just started ignoring me and never responded. Waste of money. I never finished the course because I came across a lot of conflicting information.

Park of the requirement is to log hours, yet Train Agents doesn't do that. There's no visibility of how much time you've logged. Also, it's impossible to jump around to different chapters, as the chapter has to be complete before going on. In summary, it's a very rigid system. Customer support is good though.

The training does not offer personalized training agenda. The lesson sequences are fixed, you can not skip a chapter but must follow the fixed agenda. I am a fast reader, by the time I finished reading. The course shows the time required unsatisfied. Too much quiz, I roughly counted, each certificate requires 20 lessons, each lesson has 30 quiz. You have to pass 600 quiz before you can take the exam for one certificate. There are six certificates so do the math. I cancelled this website and I switched to another course provide. With $50 more, it offers downloadable text book which can be easily printed and for my future reference. This website maybe good for many people, but not for me.
