Would prefer that the Real Estate Broker training included Audio - All this is just reading stuff then taking a test. It would be much more helpful to be more interactive with audio. Also, with audio it would assist in pacing the modules to align with the required hours

I wish you would add video

Lowest priced state certified program I could find, but not bad. Perfect for people who are good with self study. Only complaint is there are a lot of typos in the reading.

So far, so good. I have just started but it seems good to this point. I do wish there were different instructors for some of the sections. (maybe there are)

On my first course of four, I must say the course is very repetitive and there are several clerical errors which makes some of the information difficult to understand. The course is self paced and it allows you go back and verify answers on the exams. Course is lengthy due to repetitiveness but if the information taught in the course is accurate, it will be enough to excel on the final exam.

I am approximately half way through the course. The lessons are straight forward and understandable. I have had a few technical difficulties with the audio portion of the lessons. The sound level will fluctuate up and down on some lessons.

As far as customer service is concerned, I am impressed. On two different occasions, I needed to contact the school and the response was very quick. It is really too soon for me to rate the instruction, however the initial information that I have encountered so far seems to be thorough and organized. As for the website, I do believe that the log in process needs some tweaking. I have been on websites that seem to be a bit easier to navigate. Other than that, I will remain hopeful and confident that all will work out and I will appreciate this new endeavour in my life.
