No response after 4 calls for help from personal instructor.
Pros: The price is the best for all certified (Oregon) real estate schools. Cons: No response after 4 calls for help. I did get a response by email when I asked the instructor in writing, a question within the course test Online. But the answer was not an answer. Just a statement reiterating my confusion. Additionally, so far, one of the test questions have a faulty answer. Others use figures not updated. One blatant error: with absolute wrong answer to question about military/gov related persons in regard to requirements for home sales tax exemption. The answer they deem correct is 2-5. (2 out of 5 preceding years of residency). The answer according to their class text is 2-10. The 2-5 applies to non gov/military persons. IN spite of these minor problems, I am still grateful to have found this school, as I am quite certain the other schools may have even worse things that may displease me. I am enjoying my classes immensely and the Instructor pauses to chuckle just often enough to give me time to catch up on my writing of notes. Summation: Support is lacking. Updates are lacking, but for the price. Still worth it.
