1. It's hard to use the website because you always have hard time to load the webpages. Most time you are not able to go next topic or page when you click the title. 2. the class material is not organized properly. some of them does not express or describe clearly. some of them is not correct. 3. You never get your question answered if you sent a question and you don't have any one to ask.

Full of grammatical errors, very slow loading, some "incorrect" quiz questions are "correct", more of an annoyance than a benefit. There has been multiple times the website wont load( not a wifi problem) or will take forever. Current code(HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found) more problems then its worth.... If I knew the head ache i was getting myself into prior to paying for this course, i would have gone in a different direction. I do not recommend.

As an agent just starting out I looked for an accredited online class that I could afford. This site has proved unstable and incompatible with iPads. On desktop and laptop you are made to sign in periodically as the page will not move forward or refresh. As of today (3/8/2017) any link to the site links to a blank page with error 404. The speech portions are unnecessary, the text is full of grammatical errors and cut off mid-sentence, and "accompanying" slides are selected randomly with no helpful key notes. ANY questions you spend time typing about the text will NOT be answered. I regret selecting this site for my certification but will see it through. Would not repurchase.

90 credit hour course contains dated material that is no longer true. Example: Real Estate Agents cannot sell a manufactured home unlessential tied to property. This is no longer so. Also, indicates that it is currently a buyers market with many foreclosures. Please update your content.

Several others have also complained about these courses. It's difficult enough trying to ignore the misspellings and grammatical errors, but it slows you down to a crawl when you read ambiguous and contradictory statements and then have to decipher which one is actually correct. I'm going to finish these courses anyway. If the owners of this company want real constructive advice, here it is: Fix the errors.

Thank you Ray. I am sorry you are finding it difficult. While it may seem as easy as fixing a typo, it is not. The state regulations are very strict when it comes to changing anything once approved and published. Once the state, reads, tests and approves a course, changes cannot be made for 4 years. Lots of grammatical errors, spelling errors, mathematical errors, and/or typos. Has anyone reviewed the content for these errors? I wanted to take the time to send screen shots of all the errors I've found so far (I've only started in my first section) but then realized this is something that you should have done prior to selling your product. I'm disappointed because I read these reviews before buying the product. However your responses to these accusations asserted that corrections were made to these errors. Was that a lie or do you just have so many of them you aren't catching all of them? Whoever is responsible for these errors should be fired. The person reviewing the content should be fired. The owner of this product needs to stop selling this product until all content has been reviewed. At the very least refund our money back for such a poor product. Update: 12/23/206 In response to your reply, it is because of your thinking that it's the student's fault explains why you continue to have errors in your content. The mathematical error that I mentioned was an example that YOUR CONTENT provided. You left out a "0" in your equation example. If you bothered to actual review your content, you would have caught this error. I appreciate the refund but am disappointed that a company like yours will continue to sell a faulty product despite the many responses you have received about these errors and typos in your content. One alone should have been enough to go back and have someone review your content. But it seems you have no interest in making any corrections.

I am very sorry you feel this way! 99% of the support tickets we receive stating a math problem is incorrect is the student making a mistake. I can assure you there is little to no mistakes in the mathematical equations as they go through 3 different independent approvals at state and national levels. If you feel there is an error with the math please send us the exact problem and we will provide you with the solution for your review. As far as typos, I will agree that there will be an occasional typo, it happens and we won't be firing anyone over it. There are also many words in real estate that are specific to the business and cannot be found in a dictionary. We will be very happy to issue a refund if you send a request to [email protected]. We have had over 40,000 students in the last 10 years alone and have a very high satisfaction ranking and have one of the highest first time pass rates in the state. Thank you for your feedback. We make corrections every single day, however, there is a very complicated and drawn out process to update the online course due to state requirements. We cannot simply make changes to the online course. We are required to re-submit the course to the state and wait for approval. The state and an additional national governing body approves the course you are taking and if there is a mathematical error it made it past 3 rounds of review. I apologize that a math problem in your course was missing a 0. I can assure you that errors can be found in almost any math course at any school or college. Mistakes can be made by human beings from time to time. Thank you again for pointing it out to us.

Spelling and grammatical errors makes it difficult at times to absorb the material. Some portions feel copy and pasted and others written freehand. The site for me was frequently slow and sometimes even unable to connect/reconnect for periods of up to 30 minutes. This happens every 1 every 5-7 lessons (there are well over 500 lessons in the Pre-broker Course). The course is not mobile friendly. Audio does not play nor do the full lessons display on my phone or tablet when I have little pockets of time to sneak in a extra lesson or two. All of these can be very frustrating when I only have a set amount of time outside of work and personal time to study and other Pre-broker Schools offered these benefits. ------Response to Reply------- I study at different study locations and different times of the day (morning, afternoon, evening, late night) with the same issue of timing out or not being able to connect and this has nothing to do with "internet speed". The only commonality is the host. As unfortunate as it is, I prefer to not run flash on my mobile device so I am SOL on running your school on my devices. I was merely mentioning that others allow for mobile support.

Hello J Kim. Thank you so much for the candid feedback. The slow internet speeds is something we cannot control as that is not on our end. I am sorry you are experiencing that. As far as your phone and tablet are concerned, that is an easy fix. Just download the Puffin app and that will allow the entire lesson to display as well as the audio to play. It is usually just an issue with the firewall settings on your computer preventing it from receiving the correct data.
