Very good classes
I just started 5 days ago and everything is explained very well through the text and the verbal areas. I haven't had to use he ask professor yet but I'm sure when I need to that professor will hello me as much as they can

Good Source for Continuing Ed
I've used Train Agents before and really like them. The course material is good and it moves quickly because of the way it is organized. I found a few typos in the material, but my biggest complaint was that they didn't get back to me quickly with a question I had. I had to leave multiple messages before getting a call back. Since I took it over the Memorial Day weekend, it was several days before I got my question answered. It wasn't clear from their site how the credit would be awarded and the link isn't good on their site. In fact, the real estate commission doesn't even use that anymore. Otherwise, I was very satisfied and the credit was uploaded within a few days to the real estate commission site.

Thank you for the great feedback we really appreciate it! I apologize that your question wasn't answered sooner, we do take the holiday's off here but sure try to answer all emails even when we are gone. MCE hours are automatically posted for our students in TX, you don't have to do anything but take the courses. You may have missed the instructional slide at the beginning of each course explaining the proper procedure, I apologize for that, we will try to expand on it for the future. TX Real Estate License
It was a little longer than I expected but overall a great way to learn what is needed to succeed as an agent.

So far so good as far as the literature goes. Very easy to understand and pass quizes. As far as the teachers getting back to you, sometimes with in 24hrs and other times....well its been a week and i have yet to get a response. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of communication.

Mmmmm
I started the online course 2 weeks ago. It is a bit hard to follow at first. A lot of new information that I wish was explained/defined a bit more. After several lessons, I am getting the hang of it. I have absolutely no background in Real Estate and wish I had a manual/textbook with definitions.

Hello Amy and thank you! I think you will find that it just keeps getting easier and easier as you go through the courses and all of the definitions and phrases will become part of your vocabulary. Pretty soon you will be dreaming in real estate speak!
