Took a course through my work
Edit: Becky called me the day after I left the review. She was very polite and appreciative of feedback. Some things she explained were an issue on Musgrave's end and she would pass it on to avoid the same thing happening in the future. As she was so lovely on the phone and open to feedback I have given another star. _____________________________ Took a course through my work and the communication on the train2train side was terrible. I got a bunch of the same emails over and over again and all it said was the time and day of each training session. I never responded to them because they never requested any information from me in the emails. Then someone from train2train called my work and said I needed to send them my address, DOB...etc. but never said why. I sent it anyway. Few days later I got a big box of training materials. I didn't know they were sending them. What if I didn't get them and didn't know until the course started I needed them? Well day one of the course some candidates didn't have their training materials and by day 4 two weeks later they still didn't have them and got sent a digital copy the day before the presentations had to be done. Ridiculous. We did the exam and were told that we would get results the same day. It's 2 days later now and we still haven't got them. They used a website called the vault. When the course started I was told we had to do some assignments on there but I didn't even know what it was. The woman from train2train said she would send me my login info again. I never got it in the first place. There was precourse work I should have done before the course started and I didn't even know about it. I searched my inbox and I never got anything about it until I asked her to send it. So she didn't send it "again". The course itself was good and the trainer was great, but she wasn't from train2train.
