Good afternoon Ivan, I truly appreciate you taking the time to share about your experience, and discussing your case and the resolution with me. As we discussed, it is of the utmost importance that as attorneys, we provide written notice of the formal outcome. In the email that was sent to you, we ask that if you have questions, you contact us via phone or email. Although you called our law firm, you did not leave a voicemail and therefore our team was not notified that you tried to reach us. Your case is very important to us, but unfortunately, like many professionals, we do rely on voicemails and callbacks if we are unable to connect when you first contact us. We did not receive an email response from you, stating if you would like to schedule a follow up call, which we are always happy to arrange! Providing our clients with the answers and support that they need is one of the most important things to us at Rosenblum Law. I am sorry to hear that you didn't have that experience. Jose, we understand you are disappointed at having been found guilty at trial. As always we do our best to present the case in the light most favorable to our client and employ significant legal strategy towards that end.
