Worse experience ever! Returned 2 tyres and got refunded for 1 tyre! Now telling me only received 1 tyre,returned another parcel and no refund! Lost nearly £200 pounds beware of this company.

I placed an expensive order with Tradeinn three months ago, and I’ve had a nightmare of an experience since then. The package, shipped via PostNL, has never been delivered. The last tracking update was back in July, saying “the package is on the way to the country of destination.” After escalating the issue with PayPal, instead of helping, PostNL just changed the tracking date to October 1st with the same message, clearly trying to trick PayPal into delaying my refund. On top of that, Tradeinn sent me files to sign just to start an investigation for a lost package, wasting even more of my time instead of taking responsibility or offering any real solution. I’ve been waiting for months, and there’s still no sign of my package, no refund, and no proper response from Tradeinn. Avoid Tradeinn at all costs. Their customer service is a joke, they use unreliable shipping, and now I’m stuck in a loop of investigations, with zero help from their side. This has been a complete disaster from start to finish.

1 it took a month for trainers to turn up! 2 they were half size smaller than label says and tradinn would not recognise this as fault and charged me to return,not even giving me chance to swaP! 3 THEY ONLY GIVE THEIR ACCESS TO RETURN POSTAGE AND RETURN ADDRESS AND YOU ARE FORCED TO PAY &10 RETURN WHEN ACTUAL PRICE FOR SHOEBOX IS £3.69 4 They are only giving me £49 back when i paid £65.00 5 They have a english flag on their site, but they are in spain not uk!This affects tax posrage times etc and guarentees. 6 they say returns are simple and cheap, not so! 7 Takes a month if at all to get the partial refund! 8 you cannot get through to anyone on phone or chat They as iv read all over the internet and review sites trust pilot google quora etc say this store is a scam and similar things happen to other customers or in this sites treatment - MUGS! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BE WARNED!

Encomendei luvas modelo Masculino e recebi modelo Feminino. Enviei fotos para comprovar e mesmo assim obrigaram-me a pagar a devolução. Tentei entrar em contacto com a empresa mas é impossível. O serviço é péssimo! Foi a pior experiencia de compras online que alguma vez tive. Nunca mais!!!!

Commande numéro 50123726 passé le 9 juillet, colis toujours pas reçu à ce jour le 30 août.... on vous prends clairement pour un c*** ... On me répond qu'une enquête est ouverte auprès du transporteur (DPD), mais pour celui ci le dossier est fermé et on peut le voir sur le suivi du colis. Je leur ai envoyé une copie d'écran le prouvant mais rien n'y fait... maintenant cela fait 3 jours qu'ils ne répondent même plus à mes messages.... Cette entreprise est à fuir... ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site... Je constate que tout les avis converge et que je ne suis malheureusement pas le seul.... mon erreur est de ne pas avoir, pour une fois, consulté les avis..... En conclusion cette entreprise, si s'en est une, est vraiment à fuir, je les qualifierai même de voleur puisque apparemment plusieurs personnes en sont victimes.......
