I returned my order early July, and I still haven’t received my money back! I have been trying to contact them, but their customer service is appalling. I do not recommend and will not be using them again.

Commande le 6 juin d'un produit en stock pour livraison le 21 juin. Je contacte le service client qui me répond qu'en réalité ils n'ont pas le produit en stock Livraison avec 1 mois de retard. Je fais un retour pour remboursement car je en suis pas satisfait du produit, celui -ci est renvoyé le 21 juillet et livré le 24, mais toujours aucun remboursement, et on m'indique que le traitement des retours prends 3 à 4 semaines. Inadmissible, communication plus que médiocre avec le service client, et aucun geste commerciale proposé pour la gêne, à part un pauvre coupon de 5% à valoir sur le site obtenu après multiple demande. Dommage, je ne commanderai plus chez eux.

This is the most scamming company ever!! Dont ever order anything from them. Its a scam and you will not get your money back if you have to return a product.

Bloss nie bestellen!!! Nach Rücksendung meiner Ware hab ich mein Geld nicht erhalten! Sendungsverfolgung sagt Ware ist retour! Unseriös selbst auf Mails wird immer mit der selben automatischen Mail geantwortet

They did not send the ordered product but something else and when I wanted to return they refused to pay the return freight. Fraudulent behavior. Be careful with the company.

Order:31626122 Fortsättning följer på mitt ärende hos dem. I möjligaste mån så beställ inte härifrån, du har ingen som helst chans att få kontakt med någon. Jodå, efter detta omdömet på Trustpilot kom ett svar att jag skulle få mitt andra returkrav makulerad. Tack! Det var ju bra tänker man. Skönt att släppa detta. Men nej då. Klarna har inte fått ngn återkoppling och försöker jag nå företaget kommer jag till olika personer som svarar med exakt samma text allihop. Jag måste betala returen som jag redan betalt en gång tidigare...LURENDREJERI!!!
