I received a coat with a delay of over 2 weeks, no apology or explanation or any form of communication whatsoever. Then it arrived completely filthy and dirty, did not look new at all. Tradeinn returns are pricey (12 pounds from the UK). I reached out to them with multiple pictures proving the shocking state the coat was sent to me. Their response after 4 days: "Send pictures of the packaging and a complaint letter to the shipping company. If you can't provide both within the next 48 hours this case will be closed." Again, it took them 4 days to respond to my case. That's 96 hours. It appears they are unwilling to help and there was no form of apology whatsoever. I'll have to try with PayPal to get my money back. Stay away. Don't waste your money on this nonsense.

Took ages to arrive - then turned out to be wrong size and possibly not even brand new - based on the marks on the soles of the shoes. Would never order from these people again.

On te propose une livraison rapide (48h max) pour 5.99 € , finalement tu reçois un mail le jour de la livraison supposée pour te dire qu'il faut patienter 3 jours de plus ! Conclusion en prenant une livraison standard (5 jours) et moins chère tu as ton colis dans les mêmes délais. Moralité , ne pas faire comme moi !

Ho comprato uno swatch Asus SP da questa azienda (ordine 41769743), che assicurava anche il reso in caso di guasto o imperfezione. Lo swatch aveva un difetto importante e ho contattato l'assistenza Asus ( ticket : ASUS Service No=E23100000149-0002 ), che mi ha scritto che per gli Swatch occorreva rivolgersi al rivenditore. Ho contattato varie volte Tradeinn: REF:11732188 e reso n. 4449642. Sempre stessa risposta (da presa in giro): "Ti diamo la possibilità (??!!) di contattare il fornitore fornendoti il suo link ....!!! Altro che reso o assistenza. Ora inizio le pratiche per segnalare la vicenda all'AGCM e all'Associazione Consumatori sperando di avere giustizia ed evitare esperienze negative agli altri.

Commande passée pour une livraison qui était prévue le 12 juillet, mais 2 mois après toujours rien malgré de nombreux messages avec le service client de TeqFind (un revendeur) qui me prend littéralement pour un c depuis 3 mois en ayant fait pas moins de 9 (NEUF!!! j'ai compté!) repports de livraison qui n'ont pas été honnorés. Bien sûr Tradinn cautionne ces pratiques pirates sur leur site et s'en dédoinnent tant qu'ils touchent leur commission. Tradeinn, c'est première et dernière fois. TeqFind, c'est carrément de l'arnaque pure et simple.
