Hey there! I may have found the issue. Since you have not interacted with our emails for an extended period of time, it looks as though you were not receiving any emails that we were trying to send. See this image for reference https://www.screencast.com/t/CJ05lyGIU This could be because because a variety of factors. You may need to "white list" our email so that it does not go into your spam folder, or simply open our emails from time to time :) Best wishes! -The Team @ TSG

I have several of their strategy guides but have not had the time to implement them properly so when they released their robot this month and gave a break down of its results I thought I would give it a go unfortunately like all my recent experiences trading it is letting me down with only two small trades out of ten trades being winners, the other eight all being losers hence my balance is still dropping and not growing as it should be

Hey Lloyd! Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you are not finding success with our robot. We are still implementing and testing new settings to the robot. Thanks for your review and we hope that you will see long term the benefits of having the EFC robot. It will be getting a NEW update very soon that could help solve this issue you are having.

All your mails are quite good but when I back check them they are working only in significant times but not in all cases. Still need to get something which can generalize everything and can move forward with that

The free trading strategies are not 90% accurate, but I like them because they are fundamental blocks for beginners, and I made some couple pips with them. The instructions are clear tho. Will give it 5 stars once YouTube tutorials is introduced. Hence, we both read but have different understanding and we misinterpret things.

Love this feedback Migel! This is a great Idea and one that we are going to try our best to implement right away. Appreciate your honest opinion and look our for some youtube content from our team about our trading strategies. About the 90% accuracy, we never want to assume the trader will get 90% accurate win rate. But that is not to say it is impossible to do this as many traders can trade at a 90% accurate win rate. Please let us know how we can get you to a 5 star and make you a happy camper :) best wishes -The Team @ TSG
