Website and products seem very good. Very nice design and clear. The reason for the 3 stars is the customer service. I was astounded that there would be absolutely no decent customer service especially on an item with a 30 day return policy. I was frustrated with the item that I bought because I couldn't get it set up the way it showed. All I got were automatic responses. I returned it. Nobody cared.

They bombard you each day with a sales pitch email. Another new Great Indicator! I unsubscribed after 2 weeks. At least they have respected that. I guess thier indicators are OK. I got their Forex Power Indicator Trading Strategy which was just instuctions on how to use their curency strength meter. The Guide, in addition to including another promo link to buy more stuff, said to use two other indicators and price action to time my entries. Really? I mean who doesn't use price action and indicators to select ones entries?

I really like what is offered but support is crap. After several emails and private messages I still don't have answers.

I contacted the support team about my EFC indicator purchase and it has been more than 2 weeks now that I still wait for a response to my email.
