I joined the membership since July 2025, it was running great, I got one customer for footwear, we build a long term partnership, they are small, but for my soho business, it is not too bad. And I got other two potiential customer, they are also not too big, but it is great chance to build the partnership with the new customer. My experience is you need to take more time on your new product development, and proactively searching the new customers, and of course you need more patience during the communication with them. My TradeWheel account manager Eric Phillip has been giving me potential buyers since I upgraded to Gold in January this year. While none have actually closed, I believe it is only a matter of time. I have a gentleman now who seems really genuine. Eric contacts me regularlay and gives buyers who are compatible with the products that I deal in. I have gotten good leads and friendly service from my international sales manager, Qarib Ali. The quality overall of tradewheel is better than what my company experienced with a couple of other B2B platforms. The only negative for me is my company changed its role from supplier to broker and facilitator, but the company would not let us change our how our role is defined on their platform. That has made it quite a bit less useful to my company since we changed our orientation.
