AWFUL
AWFUL! I used to love Tradesman CE to get qualifying hours. Since Certus, it's absolutely the worst. I wish I hadn't paid for it. I never will again.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear your recent experience with Tradesman CE didn't meet the standard you were used to. We know change can be frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback — it helps us identify where we need to improve as we continue integrating our platforms under Certus. Thank you for being a longtime user, and we hope to have the chance to earn back your trust down the road.

Horrible Company
I have used them previously with no problems, but this cycle has been a nightmare! I have sent multiple emails to their help line that have gone unanswered. When I call their help line you get somebody that barely speaks English. My license is still delinquent because they can't submit the CE correctly. Please stay away!
Response from Tradesman CESep 24, 2026
Hi Jonathan, we're sorry to hear about the trouble getting your CE properly reported and the frustration with reaching our support team — that's not the experience we want for our students. We've escalated your account and license reporting issue internally, and someone will be reaching out to you directly to get this resolved. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback; it helps us fix what's broken.

I have used them for 12 years and…
I have used them for 12 years and usually had issues with them reporting my completion but I just sent it to the board myself, not a huge deal. This year for my 4 hr hvac course I actually logged 4-1/2hrs and was being shown 1/2 way of the course. I ask and they said I need to complete the course to get my cert and the time it takes is longer than 4 hrs to get the needed amount of content in the course. You literally will spend around 8 hrs (I just stopped and bought another course and completed it in 4 hrs) to complete their 4 hr course. I ask for a refund and they have refused. Refund was given, thank you. Please fix your product before this becomes a huge issue for you.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Completed 14 CE course 6 weeks ago and still don’t have my hours reported. I’ve called three times for my hours to be reported and been on hold over 25 minutes all three times. I’ve emailed twice and still have not heard back, it’s been two weeks
Response from Tradesman CEJul 6, 2026
Hi Andrew, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and delay you've experienced. We submitted an escalation on this matter 3 days ago and are actively working with the appropriate department to get your CE hours reported and fully resolved. We understand how important this is and want you to know we're working diligently to get to the bottom of it. Thank you for your patience — we truly appreciate it.

The site took me in circles when I tried to find my products. I am very tech savvy and I had a hard time navigating the system. So much so that I actually paid twice because I was taken to a different landing page rather than seeing confirmation of purchase. I get the reasons behind standardizing the process but it’s not done well.
Response from Tradesman CEJul 6, 2026
Hi William, thank you for sharing your feedback — we genuinely appreciate it. We're sorry to hear about the navigation difficulties you experienced, and we want to let you know that your duplicate charge has been refunded. We're always updating and improving our platform, and feedback from students like you is exactly what helps us make it better. We hope your next experience with us is a much smoother one.
