Very happy with this automation trade platform. Support is very helpful and taking my advice for improvements seriously. Now almost everything is working perfectly. I can let tradesignals run in my account without needing to check it all the time. Update: Since posting my original positive review, I have encountered unresolved technical issues. One Cloud Terminal cannot be opened, and on another account several signals marked as “success” in TradeSgnl cannot be found in the local MT5 trade history. I have contacted support several times but have not received a substantive response for several days. I will update this review again when the issues have been investigated and resolved. Update 25 September 2026: After several days without a substantive response, TradeSgnl support has now investigated my reports in detail and provided answers to all major issues. They identified and fixed bugs involving missing trade volume and signals being marked as successful even though no broker order was created. They also helped restore access to my Cloud Terminal and explained the correct symbol-suffix configuration. Thank you

had been researching to find a functioning yet relatively easy to set up webhook signal provider. After free trialing several of the preferred options; i found that Trade sgnl was by far the best. My trades are executed with timely presicion as per my Trading strategy. The set up process was straight forward; and well documented on their user portal. Their are also some additional features that are not offered by other providers- such as the signal gererator and the strategy builder. I would recommend Trade Sgnl to anyone wanting to automte thier tarding with the use of webhooks. Useful Share

I have zero knowledge of trade automation but through TradeSgnl, I was able to successfully do it. There were challenges in the initial set-up but through the documentation guides they provided and the assistance by live agent, I was able to set-up the automation and successfully sent the alert messages to MT5. Special mention to John, the agent who was very helpful in checking and rectifying the alert message I set-up.

Easy to use to connect your Trading View Strategy to MT5, easy for prop firm management, they have lots of features, and easy to use Cloud services. I have no difficulties in connecting Telegram channel to my MT5 account with low latency.

One of the best trade automation platforms. Over 250 tradingview webhook alerts were sent to MT5 and all were successful. None failed and the average latency was below 50ms. Setting up Telegram connection was seamless. I had a little difficulty with pine script syntax generation. There were not enough step by step explanation. For example, the closebuy alert syntax guide did not state that the comment must match with that of the buy alert syntax.

Great app for managing multiple accounts inside one prop fund. Takes out the mutilple manual trade executions and the errors I often make when doing mutilple quick entries built in AI guide helpful for set up too
