Tradesea with RithmicReviews of tradesea.ai

I trade 3 Lucid funded accounts. Used tradesea copy trade for the first time with them. Im a firefighter and got a call. I closed out the trade on the lead account. Got back from the call looked at my accounts and the 2 follower accounts were still in the trade. I closed them immediately. End of day I get an email from lucid saying I hedged and they took 8k in profits and breached all 3 of my funded accounts. I reached out to them and they say contact Tradesea. Tradeses blames rithmic and rithmic tells me to contact Lucid. Lucid says this is on Tradesea because you have the copy trade. I've seen alot of negative discord users talk about issues as well. No one will help and no one wants to have a conversation with me. They send emails saying they did nothing wrong and I must have hedged. Ive never hedged in trading and just git a 2k payout last week from lucid. The first time I try copy trading and this happens. Wtf

Terrible, I tried to close my position, and I lost 4 accounts because the screen was blank and I could not move the stop "when I moved working on it", Lucid did not give a refund and Tradeify as well, as they dont support Tradesea. I don't recommend this platform for trading. I provided a screenshot when the screen was blank, and a screenshot when I could not move the stop. Also, the take profit did not work because of this error. I had to buy Quantower to trade the other 2 accounts. I compared the price levels. Tradesea was show different price of Quantower to match the price with Quantower I had to refresh Tradesea, for the price match with Quantower. They also ask to remove trustpilot the bad reviews. This is my second review because the previous one was removed.

Please avoid like the plague I was up 2500 so 500 from passing I could not close the trade. my orders disappeared along with the account on screen so inky charts on screen few min moments later it reconnected but account was blown thier excuse was my Internet was bad....yet I had other stuff and prop firms platforms were open.also they said it waa a normal trade so no issue like who in the right mind would full port and hold big losses when ur 500 from passing they don't give a s##t please avoid or u will regret as I am not the only person so many others

I would rate it a zero if possible. Random fills and closing of positions, severe lagging with charting, and absolutely zero help with support. They just blame it on Rithmic and close the ticket with no exchange of information. I do not have those issues with other platforms using that data service. Tradesea.ai had Trustpilot remove my previous comments for being suspicious activity! What is that?! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. YOU WILL GET WHAT I DID.

after a loss on a trade, tradesea automatically locked me out even though i did not have any risk settings set to do that. that prevented me from taking another trade that was a winner. they have potential, but until they fix slippage, errors, reversing positions, disappearing orders, or at least reimbursing their VICTIMS, please do yourself a favour and stay out. even topstep is better and has no slippage at all. edit: i'm not posting SAME issue again, i'm posting each time i get a NEW issue with you, also mentioning old issues. This time it's tradesea preventing me from regaining my loss and locking out at -450$ without me having any risk settings set. Actively working to solve this? "your ticket has been archived, we hope we've helped you to the best of your satisfaction" is what i got on all the previous issues. If you'd want to solve it you'd fix the issues instead and compensate the losses to traders. But you won't do it.

As a lot of people, i got scammed with their fake "slippage". While using LIMIT ORDER.

Slippage, app bugs. They should advertise lubes with the slippage they got. Worse than that, the app is also buggy. Set order of 10 mgc , set TP and SL. When it hit my TP, suddenly 2 mgc reverse position opened by itself and put me in minus. Requested to look into it, they sent me complicated graphs that did not explain why was reverse position opened if I only set TP and SL. You know what's even worse? They're taking down these honest reviews instead of compensating for their incompetence. Less than 1* rating.

When the price hit SL, my SL simply disappeared. I don't recommend this platform to anyone; it's a scam.
