At first I really liked the dashboard and the overall view of the charts, however technically and support wise this platform will not go far. I have purchased so far 6 accounts, constantly getting glitches, frozen screen and plenty of the time I could not close a trade as planned due to the buttons were frozen, but the charts were keep going. MT5 does 100% better job. Using tradesea with lucid as this is the only platform from my country however Im not going to return as a customer anymore.

Hi Daniel,
Sorry to hear about the issues you ran into.
Our team had reached out asking for more details (account IDs, timestamps, and which trades were affected) so we could dig into this properly. If you could share those with support, we'll get this investigated right away.
If the issue has already been resolved on your end, we'd really appreciate it if you could take another look and consider updating your review.

Worst platform for slippage and spread and loosing money
I bought 4 prop account and everytime chooses this platform without testing tradovate+ tradingview. This platform is nothing than a online roulette. You open a trade and you put breakeven oh boy you will always have negative balance from breakeven trade. You put PDDl and set you max loss for the day who cares. You will loose more than you intend for. The discord support is disgusting. They don't have correct info and gave me wrong instructions and I almost blow my account and lost so much confidence as trader. Never buying another prop account choosing this platform. Best platform for future trading is tradovate+ tradingview. Full stop .

Hi, thank you for laying this out in detail, and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can see why this has been frustrating. I've pulled up your ticket and I'm personally looking into your case now, the full history, the recordings, and our logs. I want to get to the bottom of what happened with your accounts and I'll be in touch through your ticket.

This isn't the first time this has…
This isn't the first time this has happened, but this is the last straw! I had been forgiving because the platform is new and works really well when it's actually functioning correctly. The chart has frozen before and failed to close my orders; last week, it was impossible to place orders on the chart for a whole day; you set per-trade and daily loss limits, only for them to be ignored; and then yesterday—for the second time—I moved my stop-loss to the entry price to break even in case of a reversal... only for the stop-loss to exceed my per-trade loss limit anyway! Add to that the fact that the account didn't lock even though my daily loss limit had been reached. Is your goal to make us blow our accounts or what? Not only does the system not work properly, but you're actually encouraging risky behavior? In just one week, I’ve dealt with freezing, a break-even order that wasn't honored, issues with per-trade risk limits, and a failure of the automatic account lock. It’s a recipe for going on tilt; luckily I’m holding it together mentally, but I’m done with this platform—it’s just too much.

Horrible slippages & does NOT close trades properly
Absolutely unacceptable to be rolling out a BETA trading platform that is allowed to connect to prop firms & ruin people's hard-earned money. Slippage is horrible and sometimes you will "close" a trade only to discover that their platform NEVER really closed the trade. Would be an excellent platform if they can hire the proper technical team to fix this.

Terrible Slippage
When you place a SL on tradesea, the slippage is 5-10 extra points than with other platforms, when you reach out to support they blame the rhythmic data and have no intention to fix the problem. Using tradesea will just eat away at your edge.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute garbage.
If I could give Tradesea zero stars, I absolutely would. This is hands down the worst trading platform with the most abysmal customer service I have ever had the misfortune of using.
Let’s start with the platform itself. The fill logic is just fundamentally broken and horribly built. You consistently get filled at prices the bar never even touched. The platform’s price action simply does not reflect the actual market reality. If you are trying to execute precise trades, this incredibly glitchy tech will bleed you dry with ridiculous fills that don't make any sense.
But the real nightmare begins when you try to hold them accountable for their faulty product. Tradesea shows zero accountability—every single problem is always the market's fault, the liquidity provider's fault, or your fault. Never their own broken system.
If you try to contact their customer service to fix an issue, be prepared for their standard three-step defense system: The silent treatment, the ping-pong, and the gaslighting.
Literally, go anywhere except here until they go down or just fix their shit.

Hi,
We're sorry to hear you've had such a frustrating time and we take these concerns seriously.
To investigate the fill and execution issues you've described, could you please share your registered email, ticket number, and the specific dates and times when these occurred? This will allow our team to pull the relevant logs and look into this properly.
Best,
Ashutosh

Zero accountability for lost platform time
After experiencing a month-long resolution process characterized by long gaps of silence and zero accountability, the "fix" was only implemented after I left two negative reviews.
Once the technical issue was finally resolved, a community manager reached out with an empty apology and a request for me to update my Trustpilot review. When I expressed how frustrating the experience was, they offered a phone call to explain what went wrong and their "future fixes."
However, as soon as I asked for compensation for the month of lost time and platform access, the communication immediately stopped. It has been a week with no reply. It is clear that "improved support" only lasts as long as they think they can leverage you for a 5-star rating. If you value your time and professional consistency, be wary of the support level here.
UPDATE AFTER TRADESEA COMMENTED:
While I appreciate that the accounts have finally been remediated, I must address the inaccuracies in your characterization of this process.
You state that remediation is based on "the facts of the case" and not "review pressure." However, the timeline of our correspondence proves the exact opposite:
My initial tickets were repeatedly dismissed by support. I was told I had "no proof," that my stop-loss settings "weren't saved," or that the platform was "working fine." None of these "facts" were true.
I was forced to purchase a new account with my own money just to act as a test environment to record video evidence of your platform’s faults—a task that should have been handled by your own back-end logs.
After I provided proof, silence. After I left my first 1-star review, your team still only remediated the "test" account. It was only after my second 1-star review that you finally addressed the original accounts that were the subject of my grievances for weeks.
My third review was posted because you remained silent for a week until I posted the review. It is not "disappointing" that I am documenting my experience; it is disappointing that your company only engages in meaningful support when your public reputation is at stake.
To be clear: I have never asked for a "transaction." I asked for compensation for the substantial loss of my time, the frustration of being gaslighted by support for weeks, and the out-of-pocket cost I incurred to prove your platform was faulty.
You claim the remediation "stands on its own merits," but the reality is that it was extracted through persistent public documentation of your failures. My reviews are an honest, chronological account of a 1-star customer service experience.
My reviews will remain as they are to ensure other traders have a transparent view of how your company handles platform instability and customer support.
Response from Tradesea with RithmicMay 14, 2026
Hi Andrew,
We want to address this openly for anyone reading.
Your case involved a unique set of issues that required a thorough investigation across multiple accounts. That review took longer than we would have liked, and the wait is a fair criticism. The remediation, however, was carried out on the merits of the investigation, not in response to reviews.
When our team reached out after the resolution, the request was a simple one: if you felt the outcome was fair, an honest review update would be appreciated. That is not the same as a deal. Offering accounts, credits or any other benefit in exchange for changing a Trustpilot review is something Trustpilot itself prohibits, and it is a line we will not cross regardless of the circumstances.
We also want to flag, respectfully, that a further 1-star review was posted after the case was resolved, alongside a message tying any review update explicitly to receiving additional accounts. That is disappointing, particularly because our team genuinely engaged with the issues, escalated internally, and worked with the Back-end team to get a resolution over the line.
Communication did not stop because we lost interest. It paused while the request you raised was being reviewed internally, and a written response has gone out to you separately. We remain happy to walk you through the investigation findings and the fixes we have put in place, either over email or on a call at a time that suits you.
Best regards,
Ashutosh
Response 2 :
Our position on compensation remains the same. The resolution took time because the underlying issues required a thorough technical investigation, and the outcome was based on the findings of that investigation. We do not provide compensation simply because a support process has taken time, and offering accounts or credits tied in any way to a Trustpilot review would be unethical and a breach of Trustpilot's own guidelines on review manipulation. That is a line we will not cross.
You have written that you "have never asked for a transaction" and that you "asked for compensation for the substantial loss of my time." With respect, the original ask in your earlier email tied compensation in the form of accounts directly to a change in your Trustpilot review. Reframing it as compensation for time lost does not change the substance of what was requested. It remains a transaction in everything but name.
The remediation on your accounts stands, and the offer of a call to walk you through the technical findings remains open should you ever wish to take it.
We wish you all the best with your trading.
Best regards,
Ashutosh
