fills are horrible
fills are horrible, takes about 2 seconds for order to fill. gonna be switching over to quantlynk which has a 50ms average fill vs traders post 2 second average fill

Hi Jay, We start executing trades in about 20ms after receiving a webhook from TradingView. I found your account and reviewed the logs. The delay you experienced wasn’t on the TradersPost side…it was between TradingView sending the webhook and us receiving it. Once we received the signal, we began processing it almost immediately. I tried to contact you as well but did not receive a response. If you’d like, I’d be happy to share the timestamps from the logs with you and you can see these logs in your account as well. Support is non-existent
Support is non-existent, only an AI chat bot. I've been so frustrated after signing up going on 2 weeks ago. Can't figure out how to set up a simple buy/sell trade. Joined Discord but the Mod could not provide any real help. I Read the Docs, watched the Videos but the set up has changed. Just wish i could pay someone to help me figure this out! So frustrated

to make a long long story short
to make a long long story short. STAY FAR AWAY AWAY AWAY from them. THEIR free 7 days trial software DOES not work correctly. THEY give me money when i trade and take it away at the same time. SO until they resolve t his STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
