After paying for the course, I realized that I didn't understand how to make it work and didn't have the funds to invest. I contacted the company to get a refund and am still trying to get my money back. I took the required phone call with their customer service representative and he still wouldn't approve my refund even though I kept saying that I wanted the refund. To date, I have been emailing for months and still no refund. What a bust!
