Trading needs a mind set change, its a cultural shift in ones thinking. Ross and his team seem very grounded in their approach to helping overcome that emotional impulse. The matter of fact approach Ross takes teaching his method and the reasoning behind it have been quite profitable from a financial and personal development point of view.
