This is the second time the crew members have asked me what disability I have that I need a service dog. They violate the ADA law and were trained to ask these questions. They also told me that if my dog is emotional support, they don't allow her. She was wearing an identifying Service Dog vest. It's mortifying having people stare when having your rights violated. I would not recommend Trader Joe's to anyone with any disability or service animal. Shame on them!

Hibert Street. Rude and disrespectful checker refused to check out scan and bag the items in front of me, and this included everything including fragile and expensive items. She hid all of this behind the register where I could not see her actions at the back where the groceries are initially placed avoiding the normal course of checking out the items as typically followed. I asked her 4x to check things out in front of me across the scanner and to bag the things where I as the customer was standing as is normal. She ignored me and refused to do this 4x. Speaking with the management about this led to excuses and an indication that customer satisfaction and respect for the customer is at the bottom of their list of priorities.

Quality at TJ's continue to fall. "Fresh" fruits and vegetables spoiling within 1-2 days of purchase, milk going sour before sell by date and the kicker today - peppermint organic pastilles not peppermint but rather wintergreen. TJ's has some very serious supply chain issues they need to resolve. I'm done with them.

BUYERS BE AWARE ‼️ Trader Joe’s increasingly behave badly. I got double scanned items and double charged on my purchases at three different stores in San Francisco and Daly City locations. One error found on the receipt in next day of the purchase. Two were caught on the spot and confronted cashiers. Such practice seems trending amount these locations. These coincidences were too obvious to be ignored! Ethical training among cashiers and floor managers are urgently needed. Please DO NOT steal customer’s money to get yourself goodies.

I contacted corporate and provided concerns about an active employee (DARIEN CORBIN) who has had recent violent behavior with law involvement. I provided legal documentation and they suggested I shop at another store. Very concerning response from management regarding recent behavior of a current staff member, especially putting female staff and the community at risk. I also contacted their legal department for further assistance seeing as how the regional manager PHIL WOFFORD was uninterested in providing assistance to this sensitive matter. KATHRYN CAHAN is the legal representative for Trader Joe's and she also expressed no concern for the safety of their staff or community. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop at this store considering they house an employee with proven history of violence. I'm shocked and appalled by the way Trader Joe's elected to address my very valid concerns. They have all the legal documentation proving he is a violent threat, yet they continue to staff him. BE SAFE EVERYONE!!!!

This review is about TJs vegetable and cheese enchiladas. They were awful! Only a few pieces of corn and green beans amidst a huge amount of mushy wrap. No cheese in sight. Normally I love TJ's food but this is a total miss.
