Started out with cashier totally disrespectful to customer. When I asked her you having a bad day, she rudely answered yes but continued with the same level of behavior of rudeness. I asked for her manager. The manager did not exhibit any level of respect either. In fact she thinks she owns trader Joe's and doing me a favor shopping there. The store is at: 3 Masonic Ave, San Francisco, CA 94118 The manager's name was told something like Lea Date of incident: roughly around May 10 or 11

Our beloved TJ's has discontinued their 16 oz. wild smoked salmon @ 21.99 in favor of stocking only the 8 oz package @ 13.99 for the exact same product. This is an increase of $6 per pound!! Just a sneaky way to gouge price a non-imported product of tariff-free Alaska. Of course the smaller package MIGHT be more popular, but how about letting the customers decide what they prefer and how they want to be treated???

Train you cashier, African American does not want to stop yapping, after I told him I wish not to have any conversation and for him to concentrate on what he was doing as he was also doing same to the customer before me and he missed item left in cart due to his sparodic nature. He then started throwing. My items into my bag . I called on the so call supervisor and she did nothing but to ignore me

Rude cashier. You guys need to train your cashiers better or hire people who have some decency. She left all of my food items on the counter and began immediately assisting the next customer. Not even a rudimentary "thank you." I don't mind bagging my own stuff, but at least ask if I need assistance. I've been going to the Cathedral City Trader Joe's for years as I live in the area. Might start going elsewhere or going much less than I currently do. I spend my good money here and don't deserve that kind of treatment. You guys are going downhill in the customer service department.

Every week there is a new TJ recall. Their quality has really plummeted over the last 2 years. I will no longer shop there as I don't think their products are safe

Trader Joe’s Southwest Chicken Quesadillas are beyond a doubt, the worst quesadillas I have ever had in my life! There was no chicken to be found in the gelatinous mess that was supposed to be cheese, the only recognizable ingredients, were: corn kernels, a few black beans & fewer tiny bits of red peppers. The cheese had the consistency of heated Cheese Wiz!! YUCK

Trader Joe’s prides itself on "Diversity and Inclusivity.” Sadly, they are repeatedly ANTI-SEMITIC. Year after year, I call and write their corporate office and talk to rotating "team members" and "managers" at the local store. Year after year, they stick HANUKKAH GELT aka Gold Foil covered Chocolate Coins as "Coins of the World" ONLY during Hanukkah and Christmas. NO mention of Hanukkah! The coins have NOTHING to do with Christmas and EVERYTHING to do with Hanukkah. When I tell corporate and local employees they don't "honor or respect" Jews, they say they do. When I ask them to show me, they demur or tell me to leave. Hypocritical LIARS! I just called and was hung up on when I said no one ever responds. No one ever does the right thing. Trader Joe's are HYPOCRITICAL LIARS. Thankfully, I never need go there again. I can easily buy what I need at other stores and online. But it hurts. I'm not even that observant. But Hanukkah is about FIGHTING for RELIGIOUS FREEDOM. Isn't that something everyone can agree is a good thing? Or not. I’ve been going to Trader Joe’s since they started in the 60s! I always loved going there. But lately, the always revolving staff makes it less friendly. I won’t miss going there at all! I can't tell businesses how to run their business. But THEY cannot be HYPOCRITICAL RUDE LIARS either! I would LOVE to hear from corporate! I won’t hold my breath they ever do the right thing. (Yes, I got upset for due cause! I didn’t start this! I offered to apologize. But they refuse to ever listen to the facts about this one item. Rude, insulting, demeaning, and arrogant about this one item, a bag of candy. That candy means something to little Jewish kids. Why is Trader Joe’s so rude to Jews?)
