I had a most pleasant experience store number 284 in Las Vegas Nevada. Asked an employee his name was Tony when they were going to get some more chicken enchiladas Verde and he assured me they be coming in tomorrow.Tony Offered happy to hold some for me.Tony took my phone number/name. We will call you if we do not receive shipment! Tony didn’t thank me for coming in and told me to have a great day . Pretty strange but Yesterday I called and asked about some oatmeal white chocolate cranberry cookies he’s holding three packages for me and I told him I’d be in probably today didn’t know I was going to get Tony on the phone but I feel very confident that they will be there waiting for me thank you Trader Joe’s! thank you Tony! love Trader Joe’s Customer Service! The store is always clean and well staffed always greeting you with a beautiful smile

i love this place in spokane washington. excellent prices , wonderful staff. especially during pandemic. flowers i can actually afford produce cheaper than safeway or krogers and fresher, too.. just a lovely experience every time. not like grocery shopping very often is..... just don't buy the frozen orange chicken. i dont know how it gets great reviews its dreadful. but everything else is delightful...... they were more concerned about me , being elderly . shopping during the pandemic, than they were about themselves... and they , the workers , ran out to me as i was leaving to give me bouquet of flowers because i had mentioned it was my birthday.. marvelous experience .. give them a try.. but please wear a mask.....

The Trader Joe's Uptown Albuquerque experience this afternoon was the most pleasant shopping experience EVER! Like everyone these days--I was dreading having to go to the grocery. A friend's email earlier today mentioned how well-stocked the ABQ Uptown store was--so off I went. (Even though I live on the far side of town.) There was a small but fast moving line to get in--as a way to keep the crowds thinned--and very pleasant young people were wiping down each cart. Store manager, Meredith, greeted people with a wonderful smile and a "welcome" upon entering. The shelves were so well stocked that it seemed like a "pre-virus" day. (Which made the whole shopping experience so calming--as opposed to the frantic shopping and barren shelves of many of the local stores.) The store was immaculate and the atmosphere was "normal" and calming. Employees were eager to direct (and lead) people to items. Honestly--I wish I could have personally thanked each and every employee for their part in making the shopping experience so enjoyable...under the worst of circumstances. That kind of experience doesn't just happen: it takes dedicated management who obviously know what they're doing--and a store full of amazing employees who are equally dedicated to creating the best possible shopping experience. It's obvious that a well thought-out, concerted plan has been put into action to help calm the fears of shoppers (and employees)--and it's working. Thank you to corporate for your guidance....to the ABQ Uptown managers for their leadership...and to the store employees who make it all come together in such a wonderful way.

To whom it may concern, Trader Joe’s Hillsdale Store in San Mateo Ca. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff including the amazing Captin Ron Jordan, for the exemplary service they pervade! Ron the Captin of your store is an asset to the Trader Joe’s company.. Ron is professional, kind, curious, helpful, and an excellent leader.. Ron has always greeted me with a smile and fulfills my specific request for Kosher foods and all other needs.. I can always count on him.. The Trader Joe’s company is very lucky to have such a wonderful man Ron Jordan In charge of the the store. I want to say thank to Ron and his wonderful staff .. “Ron deserves a raise”

I love TJ’s but I wanted to give a shout out about something a little more personal. Every time I took my mother and her bestie, both in their 90’s,to Trader Joe’s they were treated so kindly and respectfully by all the employees. Staff were helpful and patient, always. This didn’t occur just when I accompanied them shopping. I’d drop them off and upon my return I’d see how wonderful the staff were.

I recently became a vegan and Trader Joe's has been a major help on my journey. So many options for vegans/vegetarians. Their food is delicious as well. Their options for non vegans are also great, my whole family is able to find what they need.

Love this store. Always find a great new product being sampled. The house brand seems to be of good quality.

On December 6th I pulled into the parking lot of the Trader Joe's in Vancouver, WA, store #136. The woman in the car next to me was getting out of her car at the same time. I noticed she was crying. She said she just got out of the hospital and didn't have enough money to get home to Bellingham, a 5 hour drive. I took her inside and had her sit on the bench near the entrance. I was going to buy a few items so I could get cash to give her some gas money. By the time I got back to the front of the store, a male staff person had got her a cart and was taking her around the store. He told her to get whatever food she needed and he also gave her some cash. He was very kind. I've always loved our local Trader Joe's. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but this experience really impressed me.
