SCAMMERS!!! They pose as agents from the USPTO (Trademark Office) and ask for additional information about your trademark, even though the USPTO never calls by phone. Do not trust trademarksoncall.com or provide them with any information; simply hang up or tell them your attorney will speak with them, and they will hang up. Unsoliciited phone spammers who plod through USPTO filings and then call filers and misrepresent themselves as USPTO representatives claiming to provide a service for a fee. Not even close to above board.

Spammers! Immediately send unsolicited ads of their services once you file your trademark. Avoid! If they use such tactics for their marketing, they don't care about their customers either.
