Just out of the blue. 8 years after I abandoned a trademark, these jerks started calling and texting me everyday. Sometimes twice a day. This should be illegal to be harassed like this. I hope the Feds catch up with these spamming predators and locks them up. I would never do business with a company like this.

DO NOT TRUST!!!

Major Red Flags
Across reviews and analysis sites, several warning signs repeat:
1. High-pressure scare tactics
Claims like:
“Someone else is registering your trademark”
“Respond within 24 hours or lose rights”
This is a known scam pattern in trademark fraud
2. Use of public data
Scammers often pull info from USPTO public records
They contact business owners pretending there’s a problem
3. Harassment-style outreach
Repeated texts/calls even after being told to stop
4. Lack of transparency
No clear proof of:
Licensed attorneys
Physical office
Verifiable credentials
5. Website trust concerns
Some domains linked to similar names show:
Low trust scores
Reports of phishing activity
Community Feedback
There’s strong consensus from users:
“They use public USPTO data to prey on business owners… classic high-pressure scam.”
Other users report:
Nearly being scammed out of thousands of dollars
Fake attorney identities
Requests for sensitive info (like SSN)
Is it legit or a scam?
There is no strong evidence of legitimacy
There is substantial evidence of deceptive practices
Many experts warn that companies with generic names like this are often not real law firms and may be part of broader trademark scams (IPR Karo)
What you should do instead
If you need trademark help:
Go directly through the official USPTO website
Or hire a verified trademark attorney
Never trust:
Cold calls
Urgent threats
Requests for fast payment
Final Take:
DO NOT TRUST!!!
They won’t stop contacting me unsolicited after requesting a phone number removal.

Spammed my phone out of nowhere
Spammed my phone out of nowhere, so I went to USPTO to check my trademark status. IDK who would EVER deal with some random company who cold-contacts them out of the blue. Shady.

Harassing Text Messages From Strangers
This company starting text us out of the blue offering us trademark services. When they said they emailed us, and we told them we never received it, and please stop texting us (a law group would never behave this way), they then THREATENED us saying they would file to challenge our trademarks and we should be ready for a 'cease and desist order" and we should lawyer up. We don't know who they are, but they identified themselves by this name and our attorney tracked the phone number to their website.

SCAM ALERT! Fraudulent bait-and-switch tactics.
This company is a total scam. They sent an email claiming a third party was "preparing to submit an application" for my brand name, creating a fake sense of urgency to get me to pay their "experts" to stop it.
They use public USPTO data to prey on business owners. Do not trust this company. This is a classic, high-pressure trademark scam. I will be reporting them to the FTC and USPTO.

I received a text message from this…
I received a text message from someone named Eric Smith claiming there was something wrong with my trademark. After checking my official status on USPTO TSDR, everything was fine. The message turned out to be misleading. Always verify your trademark status directly through USPTO.

Stop the spam texts!
This company just sent us two spam texts today about trademarks that have been cancelled and we need to act now. Not sure how they have a 2.9 star rating as the other two reviews were one star. They deserve 0 stars if that was an option. Not a good way to solicit business.

Threatening spam messages, "final attempt to help you refile or our new client.. issue cease & desist".
I have been texted by TrademarkRegistrationExperts.com 5 times from an Alex Wilson and Eric Smith. I have a few trademarks and it's the exact same fear mongering tactics that are completely dishonest. I googled their business and the first thing I find is on Reddit where several other people are getting the exact same series of texts, with the same "call us or else" messages. It's predatory, slimey and a clear violation of CAN-SPAM act.
I've asked them to stop contacting me and they persist, so I'm leaving a review here since they don't have a google place or any other way to address this harassment.
