Just like the review below me, I am unable to reach them. They were quick to respond and seemed legit when I first arrived on their website. The customer chat was very active and now it is gone. I had a rep communicating to me via text message and now just disappear. The most crucial step for me was to obtain a serial number so I can become a brand on Amazon. The date I was told this would happen is now almost 2 weeks PAST. Their phone numbers are either disconnected or have a strange AUTO "all lines are busy" message and then the call drops instantly. No response from e-mail or Facebook Messages or texts. I hope that they will see this review and the person below me and fix these issues.

I worked with Trademarkreagent on March 21, 2022 and paid them their fee plus the USPTO fees for three classes (over $1,000). I have been unable to get an answer from Trademarkreagent as to next steps; their chatline is down and the phone number doesn't work (it rolls to a fast busy). Are they out of business?

Service was outstanding. They were able to complete the overall process with speed and efficiency. Whenever we contact them, they responded.
