I started an application with this company, they are so amateur because they applied wrong class to my trademark application. When I noticed it "incidentally" I contacted them they were didn't response any email! I contacted to USPTO and fixed issue by myself after a lot of effort for understanding trademark language! After I fixed the problem I received and email from this company like a good news! Email says USPTO realized your problem and fixed it after overlook:) They are unnecessary people between you and USPTO. Go apply yourself it's easier then work with this company!

Paid and nothing happened. No answer to emails nor phone calls. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they closed it because they're unable to contact this company. Mail is returned undeliverable. Fake company.

Trademark Plus is a scam! They charged me $200 for a trademark plus a search. I received a confirmation email with my order number within 24 hours, but after that, NOTHING. I gave them the benefit of doubt, but after four months of no contact, I gave up. I called them, but it's just a voicemail. I wrote both of their emails, with no response. After 4 months, I contacted my credit card and got my money back. I am now going to a trusted company like legal zoom. I know they are legit.

This company is absolutely useless !I have paid 69 $ to register a trademark and received an email from them saying I will shortly receive an email from uspto to complete my registration but when I did not receive the email I sent them an email asking for some information such as application # or filing receipt etc so I could follow up I never received a reply from them and sent yet another email and still nothing .It seemed cheap at first but 69 $is now down the drain which means I must apply again with another company.I would warn anybody to stay away from this company and choose maybe some other website that charges a little more

Scam! They charge your card for a set price THEN after email you with more fees. This is underhanded. TELL PEOPLE THE FULL COST AT CHECKOUT. THIS IS WRONG!

WARNING!!! SCAM COMPANY, they will hold you up and make you wait till you give up.

this is a scam, what they do is take your money and do few jobs, think about get 45$ x 5000 = 225k this is not a company just a couple of guys hiring offshore cheap labor to respond to the email they get, is there way to complain about this? i paid 45$ now 4 months i only get 3-4 email asking unrelated questions

Trademark Plus has given me terrible customer service. They never answer emails and they never never answer the phone. I have no idea what the status of my trademark application is. Do NOT trust this company.
