Alisia, we already processed your order on May 6th and emailed you the search report and link to sign the application. They were emailed to dulcets***[email protected] so if you don't see our email, it means it went into your spam/junk folder. I did notice that you used a different email in your checkout account, so that could be another reason why you didn't receive anything from us, but we did complete your order on May 6th and emailed you the things to the email used in your application emailed to dulcets***[email protected].

Hi Domonique, We completed your order on March 18th in the morning, and later that day in the afternoon it was the first time you asked for a refund. Your request for a refund was after we completed your order. Your statement that we waited to contact you back so we can say that we already completed the order is just not true. The fact is we completed your order hours before you ever asked for a refund. Please check your emails on March 18th. We also emailed you the federal trademark search report which is information that you didn't have before. We always strive to work with customers to resolve any issues because customer satisfaction is important to us, but you have to be honest about things when you write things.

Hi Zach, We have different pricing promotions along with the regular $99 price. If you came directly to our website that's when you probably see the regular $99 price. So after you placed your online order with the discounted price you must have visited our home page to see the $99 regular price. For your information, it's called price promotion where a business can reduce the price of a product or service lower than the usual regular price. For example, if you go to a retail store and see a clothing on sale, but when you return next week and see the same item on regular price, is that a scam to you?

Hi Kayla, It is this kind of review that makes Trustpilot to be one of the most untrustworthy review platforms - it is an online place many just write their grievances. Below are just a few points to show how disingenuous your review really is. First, have you visited our office in Chicago before? I don't remember seeing Kayla visit us at the office. So how would you know how many people we have at the office, or are you just saying things out of venting? Second, the reviews on our website are 100% from real customers. Have you actually verified these reviews or again are you just saying things out of venting? Third, you're not providing much details about your order case so I can look into it. Generally speaking, the uspto may send out letters to clarify something in the application. This does not mean we did anything wrong, as we submit to them the same information you give us. They give you an opportunity to respond. As you know a company cannot please all the customers. There will always be someone out there who is not happy with your service. Out of the thousands of customers we've helped very few were unhappy no matter what you do for them.
