I went into this entire process blind. I only had the online synopsis from the USPTO as to how the process was designed. And, I must admit, there were times when I had my doubts that I was making progress. In addition, the charges kept piling up which gave me more reason to be concerned. But I asked the right questions, and I trusted the system. And while we are not finished yet, I can see the end. I had to do a lot of analysis on my own, and when I put together a spreadsheet of the expenses, it started to make sense, and it was consistent. It cost a lot more than I originally anticipated, but I feel that Trademarkjust is honest and competent, and will get me the intellectual property protection that I need.
