They just contacted me in what was nothing more than an attempted shakedown. So.eone claiming to be a paralegal claimed that a particular trademark had be abandoned (untrue), provided no evidence for their claim, told me that someone else was trying to register it and that if I paid them $49 they would register it for me. This is nothing but a scam. Beware.
