I needed assistance to file for a trademark with the USPTO. They make it very complicated and even suggest getting an attorney. Well, I search for an attorney and found Trademark Filing USA. At that moment in time, the USPTO already had complaints, yet they continued to allow them to represent clients "victims". My beef is also with the USPTO, they take months to to anything and before you find out whats happening, it is beyond the dispute window. The scammers are in fact still scamming people every day as their website is still active. The USPTO has not even taken it down. They make money also from scams and offer no refunds. Partners? I filed an FTC complaint but they also have not taken down the website or taken any action. It is till the wild west out there. I did file a disputer with Paypal but they will likely say the dispute window has passed.

This company is fraudulent; I paid for an expedited Trademark in October 2025. Paid $435 initially, $1750 for 5 Classes, and $1199 for their lawyers' fees. They submitted the application with only 1 Class instead of 5, and kept the remaining $1400. I have been unable to contact them for several months, and just found out my Trademark has been suspended due to fraud! A letter was sent to Trademark Filing USA from the USPTO, and they did not respond. They no longer answer phones, Live Chat has been disabled, and my account representative does not return calls or texts. This is the key part of the letter sent to them from the USPTO: "You've filed thousands of trademark submissions on behalf of others without the requisite qualifications to represent others before the USPTO in violation of the Rules of Practice in Trademark Cases before the USPTO. Respondents are engaging in the unauthorized practice of law and providing false, fictitious or fraudulent information in thousands of trademark submissions to the USPTO, including owner email addresses and signatures, with the intent to circumvent the USPTO’s rules and deceive the USPTO."

I paid $1,185 on September 23, 2025 to Trademark Filing USA for trademark filing services. Their invoice charged $1,050 in USPTO filing fees for three international classes ($350 per class). After months of no filing, the application was only submitted on February 9, 2026 after I followed up repeatedly. Prior to filing, I was contacted and asked for additional payment before any application had been submitted. The USPTO record shows that only one class was filed, with $350 in fees paid. Two classes that I was charged for were not filed. This discrepancy is clear, documented, and verifiable through USPTO records. In addition, an email address that is not mine was added to the trademark filing account, limiting my ability to access or manage my own application. I have made multiple written requests for a refund of the $700 in unused filing fees and associated service charges and have received no response. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and relevant agencies due to the lack of response. I am still seeking a refund for the unfiled classes. If this is not resolved promptly, I will pursue recovery through small claims.

This company is a total scam. They say their fees are $235 for the deluxe package plus filing fees paid to USPTO. Then they tell you the USPTO filing fees are $2700 because of the number of categories you have but when you review the application on the site after filing, they only filed for a single category for $350. Then after 8 months the filing is suspended for Administrative review because they are not licensed (e.g. they are not lawyers) and not allowed to file. After they said that it was a mistake and would be fixed in 2 weeks, they say to fix it they need me to pay an additional $2430. In the end I am going to have to abandon the application and start over with a real lawyer. Last, on their site they claim a Trustpilot score of 4.6 but on the Trustpilot site it is 2.7

Paid a premium for a rapid consultation on getting a trademark approved. This was about a week prior to year's end. I paid extra to get it done within the tax year. I was out of the office briefly, and got one phone call. I returned the call, and emailed them, and I did not hear back at all until the following year. They commented that they were on vacation for Christmas. I was frustrated, acknowledged that they did call once but had no follow through. I offered to pay their regular rate--even though I had to file without them--and they refused, demanding that they get full freight on an expedited fee, which they did not provide. I think they should have at least only charged me for a "normal" processing, which is all they provided. I appealed to my credit card company, and these characters fought it and got full payment for doing, essentially, nothing but a quick phone call. No timely followup. Best avoided, or at least don't pay for rapid service. You might not get it.

Scam website! Do phoney filings and bill for needless searches. Don’t go for the cheap option!

I hired this company to file/manage my trademark and paid $2,100 (Feb 2025). I later discovered the USPTO application was DEAD/ABANDONED, and I was never contacted about any Office Action, deadline, or required response that could have prevented abandonment. I raised concerns in writing on May 6, 2025 due to conflicting information and received canned replies. After I pushed back, they stopped responding. When I called later, I was told the person who handled my filing died in July, and that was given as the reason I wasn’t notified. Regardless of internal circumstances, I paid for a managed service and it was not managed. They are currently refusing to refund me, so I’m escalating through formal channels. I do not recommend.

I was charged $1600. They were supposed to handle everything with their attorneys. Something was needed and I was not notified by them and the trademark was cancelled. They claim they tried to contact me but that’s not true. No emails and no calls or messages. I asked for proof they tried to call me and they won’t answer that question. Now they want to charge me all over again and this time they Chaim they will contact me for anything needed which was supposed to happen the first time. No attempt to make anything right. Almost like they did this on purpose so they can charge me again. This company is a scam. Run away from this untrustworthy company.
