Ruth didn't fill in the correct use of date on the statement of use. This cause that I need to spend 100 USD to file section 7 to correct it. And I received the certificate of trademark registration on 04-23-2024, she noticed me this information on 05-01-2024.

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, but are happy to see that we were able to successfully register your trademark. I see that your trademark was filed intent-to-use based, so the section 7 filing is likely not legally relevant. Your protection is retroactive to the filing date of your initial filing, so use dates after your initial filing make no difference. We often choose a use date that is the same as the filing date of the statement of use -- we are only declaring that the mark was used "at least as early" as the declaration filing. It doesn't harm your rights in any way, and actually may reduce risk if your mark came under opposition.

Prospective buyers BEWARE
Prospective buyers should exercise caution and meticulously review the fine print before engaging with this service. My experience revealed unexpected charges, a need to pay for the same service twice, and a revolving door of legal representatives. The undisclosed hidden fees, especially the unexpected $400 charge for Statement of Use (SOU) after already paying for trademark assistance, left me feeling dissatisfied. Beware and read the fine lines to avoid potential pitfalls. UPDATE: the auto reply are not unique the company did not get my trademark I did it myself.

We are sorry for the unexpected additional cost. Trademark filing in the United States is often a two-step process, with additional fees and filings due about a year after the initial filing.
Nevertheless, We are very happy to see that your trademark was successfully registered.
UPDATE: This is not an automated response, but we do take care not to expose any potentially identifying information in our responses, which can cause them to seem generic.
I was able to confirm that the application filed by our firm was successfully registered. The application filed by your attorney was accepted for publication by the USPTO, and you filed the final statement of use yourself. I'm glad that you were able to finish the last step of the process yourself without incurring the additional fee.
As you have stated, there are additional fees if a statement of use is required for the trademark, and we have made efforts to display "pop-up" text in our workflows to make sure that fact is as transparent as possible. We thank you for the feedback - it is not our intent to "surprise" anyone with unexpected fees.
Warm Regards,

BEWARE: Be careful of gettting scammed
I first contacted TrademarkElite support to ask a couple questions about renewing my trademark. They referred me to submit a renewal request and said “a licensed attorney will review all of your submissions” and “Your attorney will answer all of your questions along the way”. I assumed I was good to go ahead since they referred me to submit so I sent my request and payment. However I waited 2 days and didn’t receive a response. So I contacted the email that was sent to me after I sent my renewal request that said “If you have any question or concern regarding your Matter #*****, please feel free to reach out to Ryan at: *****@trademarkelite.com”. So I contacted the email provided asking if it was normal that I hadn’t received a response yet and if there were any problems. He replied back saying my trademark was misclassified so he suggested filing a new trademark instead. I disagreed so I emailed back saying why I thought it wasn’t misclassified. He insisted it was, yet oddly left out saying what class it was supposed to be if it was misclassified so I asked. He replied saying the class was right but the description of my trademark class was wrong. I immediately requested a refund since if it was misclassified then there was no reason to renew it and I also didn’t like his attitude in the emails so I wouldn’t want to do a renewal with him anyways. He then replied saying he charges a $350/hr billable rate so that would be taken from the refund and I would only receive a partial refund. This is absurd since I was never informed contacting that email I was sent and told to contact if I had any questions was considered a paid service or had a paid rate. I immediately emailed support and described the whole issue. Ryan replied to the support email (even though I didn’t contact him again) saying to support “I spent about 40 minutes with him, recommend we keep $200”. First of all, saying he spent 40 minutes with me is absurd since I only replied twice to his emails and they were super quick emails. If our emails were a phone conversation it’d be well under 5 minutes. Also, I cannot stress this enough, the ONLY reason I contacted his email is because 1) it had been 2 days since I paid without a response and 2) the only email they provided me with to contact was his (in the email they said feel free to ask him any questions I have). I paid $524 USD and they only refunded me $374 (when I never agreed to a refund of that amount). I said I don’t accept that as a solution since I should be provided a full refund since I never received what I paid for. I have written to support twice professionally describing the issue, but they are just ignoring me. Charging me $150 to answer a couple quick emails (responses which were also unhelpful) when I was provided that email and told to contact it, while NEVER being told it is a paid service or has a paid rate until after I asked for a refund (nevermind the absurd $350/hr) is what I believe fits under the definition of a scam (scam is defined as "a dishonest scheme”). In my life this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any company. The fact that this company is able to get away with this bothers me even more than losing $150 USD. If they reply to this review making some excuse like they did work to prepare my paperwork or something like that, this cannot be true. If he believed my trademark was misclassified then there is no reason he would proceed to do any paperwork and he recommended filing a new trademark anyways which would mean new paperwork would need to be submitted. The reason I was charged was because in his own words he said he “spent 40 minutes with him, recommend we keep $200”. I never write reviews online but I had to for this because this was an absurd and disgusting experience. What they did is completely dishonest, manipulative, and unethical.
