Do not trust this organization! Their reviews are phony and they are engaged in the unauthorized practice of law.

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERRS!! They keep asking for more money, and every time they tell me it's the last and final payment. And when I checked the Official USPTO website, my applicatio status was still pending.

Please beware of Roy and his team. We have already dropped a few thousand dollars on a trademark for and getting absolutely nowhere. I regret not consulting with our attorney before hand. Please do your homework, confer with your attorney and confirm you are dealing with a BBB accredited trademark attorney. To say I am disappointed with the manner business has been conducted is an understatement.

Id leave a zero if i could, Spoke to Roy and they robbed me out of 1,300 bucks… definitely find another company to work with if you want to trademark your business

Beware!!!! This company is connected to Trademark Republic which is a criminal organization. They got me for $300 and almost got me for a whole lot more. My credit card company denied the payment once they seen Trademark Republic come up on the paid too page. They have lists of the these companies who are scam artists. Once they denied it, Roy was getting very anxious and kept persisting that it be paid immediately or I would loose the 48 hr time slot. They sent an invoice through email insisting that I pay it. The invoice looked so plain and generic. I called my credit card company and that is when they gave me the name Trademark Republic. I immediately did research on that name and there it was all the info that was hidden behind the name Trademark Atlas. These people are a real criminal organization that Google continues to fail at recognizing these criminals and Google continues to let this organization steel Americans money. Be smart and do not let all these fake 5 star reviews cause you to give these people money. They are all scammers and criminals.
