I gave them my credit card
I gave them my credit card, and waited for them to respond.I filled out full application, and saved the first one. They called finally and said you did not fill form out properly.Sent them the copy. Then they asked again to fill another form.I did ,and no contact after that.11 emails, and they are a scam.No refund,No contact.I told them that I saw their negative reviews.Replied ;doesn't everyone.I had conversation that I was going to trust them this time. Now they have my 750.00,with Zero contact now. They are scaling many.

Paid but no trademark
I had a similiar experience as they charged me, kept delaying, tried to up-sell, and then no response. Quite frustrating. NOT a legitimate company

TrademarkAttorneys.net Stay Away
This company seemed okay to start with. At the time they had a 3.9 star rating on Trustpilot. I submitted my application fee and my Trademark fee for clothing. I included a picture of a tshirt as an example. AFTER my payments (nearly $600 total) I was informed I may have to submit upto 3 applications for different area (clothing, general, cookware etc. There are like 29 different areas of Trademarks). This is all true! This isn't the problem! The problem is that I requested apperal on my application with Trademark Attorneys. Then came the call my sales person at the company said I had to do 3 additional areas and that it "wasn't my decision, the Trademark Office of the government makes that decision". THIS IS A LIE! The Trademark Office makes suggestions to fully cover my/your intellectual property. When I called Bull Shit he took back water and said that I had applied for a General Trademark which may not be approved. This means he lied again or the Trademark Office is out of line asking for more money not knowing if they will approve it. I think it is the company that is corrupt. Remember if you have to pay for 4 areas instead of 1 to get your TM that is nearly $2400 and part of that is Trademark Attorneys (the company) $49 dollar fee for each of the 4 applications (thier motive).
STAY CLEAR unless you want to give away your money. Let my $600 mistake be a lesson for us all.

This company is a scam
I paid this company to file my word mark for 1 class. When I was assigned the attorney, the attorney tried to give me false information so that I would pay for 3 classes. They told me it was $300 for my name and then $300 for 2 mores classes each. I told them it’s $300 dollars for my name under 1 class. They have refused to file my mark under the 1 class even though I paid them up front to do so. They said they will hold the application until I’m ready to file for 2 classes. I have asked them many of time to file the application for the class that we operate under and that I have paid for and they refuse to do so.

COMPLETE SCAM
This company is not legit at all. I was completely taken in, and hope I can prevent others from being taken advantage of as well.
It sounded too good to be true, because it IS. I thought, well, it's a paralegal, not a lawyer that will be looking at my forms. And if you are familiar with the process, it's pretty easy work. Paying for filing, and only paying for more if there is a problem with the applications sounded great. I was filing two applications (name and logo) under two classes. That's $1400, + $90 fee. I paid on April 7. I realized that I had not gotten any information about their credentials, so I emailed "Alvin Davis," the paralegal assigned to my case. He didn't email back till I emailed a second time. In the meantime, I had looked at reviews and noticed that all the reviews I saw were from this year, meaning that those people would not have the process completed (as it takes upward of 7 months), and therefore would not even know yet if they had been scammed. Alvin repeatedly said that it was legit, and that he didn't know what I meant by credentials. As if I'm just supposed to take his word, a "paralegal" who doesn't know what the credentials are. He said he had to talk to the compliance department. The next day (today, April 14), he emailed asking when he could call, I responded with "now." He called hours later, Said that I am not entitled to any of that information, such as whose BAR License they were operating under. He got progressively more aggressive in his manner of speaking to me. He said that he would not be filing my paperwork. Then I asked to speak to a manager. He said that I was only authorized to speak to him. ???? I told him I'd go to the bank, and he then threatened to call the police on me. I don't how or why he thought that made any sense or would scare me. I tried to call the number for Henry, and got no answer. My daughter did the chat with Henry, and he thought it was me. He threatened to "blacklist" my company, and that no other law firm would take my trademark case. He said they would not file it. Basically, admitting that they are not doing any work, but are keeping my money.
There is no possible way that this isn't a scam. No actual law firm would refuse to give legal credentials to clients. Nor would they threaten clients in any way, shape, or form. I filed a claim with my bank today.
Honestly, this is a genius scam. Like I said, no one would know they had been scammed until it is way too late to get your money back, when 8-10 months go by and you still don't have a trademark. Or unless their masks slip like they did for me. I just hope I can prevent anyone else from falling for it. Do your due-diligence, unlike me. Get ALL the information before you pay up. I hope people who posted positive reviews, if they weren't fake reviews, see this and take action.
I have all the emails as evidence. Also, the website was .net, but the invoice said .co, and was sent via a generic invoice service (not typical of a large company). I will be filing reviews everywhere I can, as well as making social media posts, contacting the BBB, and anything else I can think of. Scammers are the worst kind of people!
