TradeKey.comReviews of tradekey.com

To me tradekey was just known as b2b website that can give buyers from international market and only few were workable. I was talking with my friend about a professional company video, he asked me to outsource this activity to tradekey. The price need to be think over but the quality they shared is remarkable. May be in a month or two, I can use this service of tradekey.

While I was planning a business tour, I got a call from tradekey, offering me premium membership but I excused them that I am going for a business trip and would get back to you after that. She asked for the purpose of the trip and I told her that I am going to find new contacts for business expansion. She then introduced that they can help me to introduce business contacts there. I asked for a test service which they agreed to over a minimal amount. I was surprisingly happy that they arranged 3 business meetings in China and 5 business meetings in UAE.

Logging in tradekey account is part of my daily practices. I always send reply to all the inquiries in tradekey inbox. The most important and my favorite is to check the parties to whom I have sent messages previously, whether they are active or inactive. There are only few who are serious buyers. One of them stopped replying since I quoted him price of the items. I tried everything, I called him, sent him email many times but no response. At last I urged customer care of tradekey to help me. It was just a try to ask them for help. After a week, tradekey gave his new whatsapp number which helped me a lot. This is surprisingly a good gesture and made me consistent user of tradekey.

Ryan went beyond and further than his duty to help me in all necessary actions like price quotation, taking follow-ups and referring a trusted shipping company to customers. For me it was challenging to stay active on portal and interact with buyers for pricing and other details as I need to spend most of the time in physical market, my account manager tackled it all and acted as a partner in trading. I am very impressed with his accuracy and the time he took to get things done.

I just simply search Aluminum Profiles Companies on tradekey then I got this buyers profile. This buyer seems to be very potential and dealing in the same product, then I decided to make a solid connection with him over tradekey, a very next day he replied and then i had shared product catalog with him. After reviewed our product catalog he showed his interest in our company then I decided to offer him some paid samples. After 5 days, he finally revert back with the samples terms and condition and request me to send samples asap, now he just received our sample via TNT service and get back to us and asked for more.

We appreciate the support from key account manager since we became tradekey member till today. She not only helps us to have good number of inquiries of frozen chicken, yellow corn and sunflower oil but the good thing is that we get connected with buyers in the morning time of European market. This enlighten the possibility in expansion of our business in such markets as it is difficult to target and penetrate into European market. On the other side keeping scammers away is the second biggest challenge which is filtering through account manager experience. Our review from tradekey are up to the mark and a special thanks to the key account manager for the hard work. Keep up the good work.

I am happy to work with Tradekey. I will cooperate happily in future and will refer positive tradekey reviews with my business friends.
