This platform is an absolute scams. When you are unable to fulfil an order, the platform will not allow you to cancel an order from a customer. As a result, your merchant credit score will dropped below 80 and hence you are unable to withdraw the supposed amount you had earned after topping up money. I ignored the warnings from this site, family and friends, and I was caught in this never-ending cycles of topping up and not being able to withdraw. However, before I went in too deep like some of the users here, I stopped. The customer service personnel is very rude. After I removed an item from shelves, the supposed "buyer" are still able to purchase that product. When enquired, the customer service said that the system detects the "buyer" had purchased before you removed the product from the shelves. However, if you tried other products that still have pending orders, the seller is unable to remove it from shelves. So how am I able to remove the product from shelves if the "buyer" had make an order? This is BS!!! So like every other 1-star reviewers, I urge all to stay clear of this platform. Many had become bankrupt because of this platform. I am one lucky person who have not as I decided to stop everything while I still can.

This platform totally scam, too many rules and agree with other reviewer star one this platform only wants your money , i cannot withdraw my money too after become seller in this platform , must be aware of this platform, google and mozilla already warning me but i*m ignore the warning so now this happen to me too, please read this all reviewer star 5 many of this only from their worker , buyer only from their worker too make your sales big and then you can*t handle your store until your point score get deduct drastic , please read this and don*t get scammed , i already get scammed until bankrupt , if only i listen google and mozilla dont open this website this will not happen, but i must face this and give to you all user dont use this platform , really !!!!

tradekey is scam you must be careful..when your point below 95 your store can get frozen by platform..to unfreeze you must topup so much money and finish all your pending order, and after that you must at least 97 point score, and after unfreeze no one customer ask / buy again in your store..to get point score must topup money again (1 point 4k usd) and after your point 97 you think happy and withdraw normally but that's bullsh*t, your account suddenly IP account from nowhere change your password so u must change more than 5 times or more and suddenly your account & wallet balance get frozen again, to unfreeze must topup 50% again from your total balance to verification that's you who withdraw..when change password must have code verification and can change password, but how can hacker change my password?that must be from the platform who don't want you withdraw any money..so for real you can't withdraw any money after all this..i'm so regret when customer service say after this topup no more problem but that's how to make you topup and topup and topup again..even no one know my password account etc..please anyone dont get scam..

I am a seller in the platform however I am unable to run this business any longer since I am bankrupt. The platform does not allow me to withdraw my funds in the platform because there are some open orders. I am unable top up funds to complete the orders and also my credit score is getting deducted constantly as I am unable to complete the orders in time. I understand the platform has its own rules but life happens and there should be some exceptions for such cases.

I signed up to look for sources to conduct serious business with. Obviously on these platforms you run into scammers and fake accounts and all that. But after talking to one of tradekeys premium agents I think the company is actively involved in the scamming or is at least not doing anything against it. The tradekey employee premium account salesman literally said „ Legit suppliers are available to the premium portal only“ And „ Free buyers have no access to premium portal. They only have fake sellers„ I am sorry for everyone that got scammed.

The personnel are friendly and collaborative up to point you pay a pre-order. After that, if something goes wrong (as it happened to us) they decline responsibility and you lose your money. They obviously do not deliver on the agree deal. We are now proceeding with a legal action against this company. They could improve by being more transparent and by taking responsibility for their actions.

Still struggling for Refund, i made agreement with them on 18th of the March 2024 and now 30th May 2024, they were supposed to provide brand's approval before 18th april. And i send them email in the First week of May regarding cancelation of agreement and Refund. Still no one is responding on whatsapp and on email, just received one email and they gave me one person's contact, he is asking me to give you alternate services, but i want refund. He gave me Eddi Smith named person who is dealing with that, and i send him the email and also 5 reminders in these two weeks but he is also not responding. I am planning to take legal action against them. Very very bad experience, they are not professional, they will get money from you and will not respond you, i have all the proofs, screenshots, conversations proof. I will expose them, and will do legal action against them. I advice all of you , not to get any type of services from tradekey, they are worst people, will get money and will not respond.

This site is full of scamner’s. Website provide our contact details to supplier’s and supplier start asking for money on their cashier Account for sending us sample or shipment and after payment you should forget about your money. You not gonna get anything. This company dont take any responsibility of that kind of fraud by their supplier’s. They just advise you to use their premium services. I wont suggest anyone for B2B over there . You guys are giving our information to supplier’s , if supplier scammed us on yiur website means you are loosing your trust in maket reason of those supplier , which are registered on your website. Its your responsibility to make secure environment for buyer’s. Atleast after fraud you guys can ban those business.
