They send me spam texts about contractors in a state I dont even live in. The texts are always from a new number so blocking them doesnt even do anything. Ive tried multiple times to get off their text lists and they wont leave me alone.

Avoid! Uses illegal spam tactics.
This company uses tactics that do not appear to be legal. Specifically contacting leads via unsolicited SMS even when those individuals' numbers are on the do-not-call registry, and not providing a way to opt out.
You may be exposing your own business to legal risk by going through this company.

This Company Spams My Texts
This company constantly spams me with text messages on behalf of roofing contractors. My number is on the do not call list. It is illegal in my state to send marketing texts without the written consent of the recipient.
Beware!

DO NOT USE FOR LEAD GENERATION
Significant concerns regarding lead quality and support
I have been using Trade Flow for three months, and unfortunately, my experience has not met the expectations set during the sign-up process.
Despite being promised 40+ leads per month, I have received fewer than 30 leads total over the last three months. At a cost of $97 per lead, plus a nearly $700 setup fee, the return on investment has been non-existent.
Beyond the low volume, inconsistency, the quality of the leads is highly questionable. About 50% of the leads are completely unresponsive to calls and texts. Furthermore, when I do reach them, customers are often confused as to how I obtained their contact information, which raises concerns about the source and legitimacy of these leads. It appears the campaign is primarily attracting "free inspection" shoppers rather than actual buyers.
Communication and support have also been poor. I requested to pause my campaign four days ago because I needed to adjust my internal booking process; I received no response, and I was subsequently charged for two additional leads that were also unresponsive. EDIT: I was just charged another lead. So that makes a total of $300 that was stolen from after clearly being texted to pause it. Just to make it better, all three leads have been contacted as soon as it was sent, none answered, and the last one just said he was on a DNC list and is sending his attorneys my information to give me a fine.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Paid them 2 weeks ago. No results and no refund
Paid them 2 weeks ago. No live campaign as promised. Excuse after excuse. Won’t refund my money.

For transparency, we take all reviews seriously and have reviewed the details of this matter internally.
Based on our records, this review does not accurately reflect the circumstances surrounding the account or campaign launch. Prior to launch, our team was actively working through the required setup process, including onboarding, technical configuration, campaign preparation, approvals, and related platform requirements.
While we understand that delays or unmet expectations can be frustrating, we do not agree with the characterization that there was “no live campaign” because of inaction on our part, or that communication consisted of “excuse after excuse.” Campaign launches involve multiple required steps, including onboarding, approvals, technical setup, creative review, and platform processing, all of which can affect timing.
In this matter, the campaign did not proceed to launch because the client disputed all transactions associated with the service before launch was completed. This created a material issue with the account and constituted a breach of the terms of the agreement, which prevented our team from continuing with the campaign as originally planned.
Regarding the refund request, no refund was issued because the charges had already been disputed through the client’s payment provider. Once a dispute is initiated, the matter proceeds through the formal dispute process rather than a standard refund review.
We take our reputation seriously and remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and fair resolution of client concerns.
