Well, I upgraded my account to starter, since then nothing is working, i made withdrawal but i didn't receive any penny after i had made a payment of 10$ for the starter account and i was asked to payment $10 tax payment because they are not in my country and i did, but till now noting is working

It feels like a scam, because they ask to send tax money in a different wallet, while they cannot deduct from your account, they ask you to send them another money
