Disappointed with the Interview Process and Unfair Account Termination
. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this prop firm. I completed the AI interview and genuinely believe that I performed well and explained my trading strategy and activities properly. However, despite my efforts, my account was terminated, and I was informed that I had failed the interview. I contacted the support team and explained that there might have been some misunderstanding or confusion during the AI interview. I even offered to participate in a face-to-face interview to clarify any concerns and prove that my trading activities were genuine. Unfortunately, the company refused my request and informed me that the decision was final. What disappoints me the most is that I was not given a fair opportunity to clarify any possible misunderstandings. If there were concerns about my trading strategy or account activity, I believe the company should have provided a clear explanation and allowed me an opportunity to address them. A transparent and fair review process is essential for any prop trading firm. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling that the decision was made without giving me a proper opportunity to defend myself. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this firm to other traders without reservations. I hope the company improves its interview and review process and treats traders more fairly in the future. This review reflects my personal experience and disappointment with the way my case was handled.
