I had a very disappointing experience with this company, dealing with Nathan. I was working with a friend to build a website for his business, and the only reason the project stalled was because TractorHouse refused to allow integration of his listings. Even after that, I continued helping my friend with transitioning his domain. Throughout this process, communication from Nathan was inconsistent and often indirect. Instead of addressing questions or concerns directly, he repeatedly routed messages through my friend, which made simple matters unnecessarily complicated. When I attempted to discuss the domain transfer with him, he dismissed the value of the domain, acted as though he didn’t understand why he would need to pay for it (even though it was registered under my account while I was building the site), avoided direct communication, and then told my friend that I was “not workable,” despite never attempting a straightforward conversation with me. The last issue was an attempt to take control of the domain after I transferred it to my friend. Nathan tried to move the domain out from under him without speaking to either of us, and when my friend asked about selling it to him, Nathan responded by trying to raise the hosting fee. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend working with Nathan. The combination of poor communication, indirect handling of important matters, and actions that showed no integrity in dealing with the domain raise serious concerns about professionalism. Throughout the entire interaction, Nathan only communicated directly when he wanted something, and avoided communication when clarification was needed. After attempting to take the domain without paying for it, I reached out to him with a polite email to clear things up and even apologized if I had seemed unworkable. He never replied, yet continued messaging my friend instead. This pattern speaks for itself. Don’t waste your time or money. Go find honest folks to deal with!!

I Had Josh from Tractor house fing my tractor ad listed on Facebook.He said my particular tractor was a top seller.He quoted me 3 that sold quick at more than mine was listed for.He knew of people that were looking for my particular tractor.Were much better than face book.The fee was very expensive but he assured me,this will sell.In fact he suggested raising the price.Which I said ok.After a week no calls onto 2 weeks nothing,I did get transport people offering to haul it.Then they tried to get.me to use them for a cheaper fee.What a disjusting business.I got much more calls from a Facebook listing..for free.Tractor house is a scam!!

Called them from a contact at Teague Kubota. They said they could fix the problem with our Massey Ferguson 240. Sent tech to our house Ethan from Taylor. Told them $$$ wasn't an issue and they said they could fix it. We can fix it. They replaced filter and the pump fluid and then all of a sudden after it didn't work we need to get it to the shop. I said no problem, well you may need to leave a deposit. I already told you no problem do you need the deposit now? No, you can wait till we finish the work. Hmmmm. Ethan stressed this and Taylor brought this up twice. Friday first visit and assessment on our property and Monday the filter came in and they sent Ethan back. Well Ethan said they had a tech that was a Massey Ferguson seasoned vet of 25 years. Monday afternoon after changing a filter, lmbo, didn't work I get a call from Taylor there is only one part for that model and they aren't sure it will work. I asked how much I owe u guys $1k. Paid it immediately. I made some calls and found the exact pump for my unit and also matches my manual, by the way. Well we don't want u to pay 8k and it don't work. I already told u money isn't an issue but guess since I'm black, they figured I don't have money. They are a joke.

I just spent 1/2 hour to an hour putting up two listings and in the end they weren't posted until someone called me. I was than informed it would be $125.00 a month, Each. That's $250 a month, for 'data' No wonder items are so expensive there. Atleast Machinery Pete tells you it will be $50 for the listing Before you take the time, and energy to post the listing!

be prepared to pay big for nothing but spam phone calls. They create a spoof number that forwards to your phone. After the add was placed my phone blew up with spam all stating "this call was generated by tractorhouse" When I canceled they refused to remove the spoof number leaving me answering calls all day long that are scams that originated with that ad.

Went through the WHOLE process of posting pictures, advertisement, etc. to sell an 75yr old tractor. No point in this did it plainly say there was a charge. Get a phone call days later. OH, that will be $XXX in hundreds of dollars up front. That is a scam if I ever saw one. If there is a charge, it should have been on page 1.

Decided to advertise my tractor with them after a very persuasive salesman assured me the tractor would likely sell. The advertising was expensive. I didn’t get even one enquiry. When I contacted them asking for a refund, I was met with hostility and smart remarks which left me shocked. I wouldn’t recommend this platform for selling things. I’m now £360 out of pocket and achieved nothing.

Several years ago Tractor House had a good website. Now it is unusable on an IPad. It’s pages are cluttered with ads and if you touch the wrong place you lose what you searched for. The featured listings make it hard and time consuming for the buyers to find what we are looking for in the general listings. I now use Machinery Pete, Fastline, or John Deere and Case websites. I avoid Tractor House.
