Very helpful application. Used this to track our K-1 visa application. Worth the small amount of money (in my opinion) to have visibility (even estimated) into where you stand in the process.

I can't speak for everyone and I don't know the science behind it, but the timeline estimation from the website for when I would get a response was almost flawless. I submitted i-129F in February - the USCIS website said 12-15 months, but this site claimed I would get a response by the first week of May, or as late as June. I signed up for it because I wanted to see how accurate it really was, and because refreshing and logging in and out of USCIS was just making me more anxious. Well on May 8, I got my approval notice and by the next day the site cancelled my subscription automatically as it promised. All in all a great experience, and they followed all of their promises, highly recommend.
