Device doesn’t last long. Stops charging then has bulging battery. Despite having annual subscription they say they don’t have a record of the device and won’t support replacing it. What was I paying for if they had no record?? Doesn’t work without cell service. Use DogTra instead.

Habe mein Abonnement gekündigt weil ich mit dem Tracker nicht zufrieden war und warte seit Wochen auf die Rückerstattung meines Geldes. Kundendienst ist miserabel. Trotz Entscheidung, PayPal und ewigen E-Mail Schriftverkehr, tut sich nichts! Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen!

Tipologia di tracciamento pessima in zone di montagna non funziona quasi mai la batteria dura poche ore sotto gli alberi gps non funziona. Localizzazione lentissima e approssimativa senza segnale di rete non funziona …. Migrerò su gps reali senza abbonamenti assurdi

This is the lowest score I could give, I would give minus! Totally unreliable and not fit for purpose! Don't be fooled by the blurb it's a con! Doesn't track it's always days behind..... What good is that with a lost pet?

The company replaced the defective units. Then told me I had to switch to another app. But did not tell me I would lose SMS alerts i would only receive emails alert. Emails can take up to twenty minutes to alert to your phone if they don't get lost, It would help if they worry less about paying for SMS messages and more about your pet's life and safety.

Battery only last for 2 days. It malfunctioned after 6 months can even turn on. Trackipet refused to send a replacement or give money back. Not reccomend it for anyone.

Worst tracker yet! Bought this to test with my GSP (who loves to roam). Only used in places my phone can get 3G/4G to know there’s signal and all it ever does is refresh or try to load and then say GPS lost . The only place it updates is our garden which is as useful as a chocolate teapot… don’t bother with it honestly. Total waste of time.
