Lie to customer
Lie customer to enter credit card if you want to use trial. Lack of features, can not sort shipment by order_date
Response from TrackingMoreMay 25, 2023
Hello there! We received your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had experienced. We also thank for your kind understanding after our team explained to you very clearly about the free trial pop up which is clearly clarified there: https://support.trackingmore.com/en/article/how-can-i-get-7-day-free-trial-of-plus-plan-kv0nb9/ Our team has applied for a unused part refund to your account & it's processing. Any updates it will be shared with you as soon as possible. Lastly, we would like to inform you that later we'll add the feature of the filter by order_date in our roadmap & when launched it will be updated with you at the earliest time. Many thanks for your great support & suggestions. TrackingMore Team
