Can you please provide us with the tracking number you obtained from your seller to check for you? thank you There are 2 reasons a tracking number is not trackable: * Reason 1: it is either we are not integrated with the courier yet and in this case, can you please provide us with the courier name to help check further for you? * Reson 2: the tracking number provided by your seller is fake or invalid. In this case, it wouldn't be tracked by any courier as this tracking number isn't real. Our team understands the importance of having a reliable and efficient tracking system in place and we are committed to resolving the issues of our visitors and merchants as soon as possible. We have conducted thorough testing and analysis of our tracking feature and we are improving it on a daily basis.
