This software could get your store suspended. They are very irresponsible. Their customer service is terrible. They failed to enter the tracking numbers for 50 of my orders for five days. This software is useless.Do not sign up for this software. Your eBay account could get suspended because of it.

SCAMMER! I cancelled my subscription in 2022, but they continued charging me in 2024, 2025, and 2026 — approximately $600 total. I never reactivated or authorized the subscription after cancelling. Now they are refusing to refund the older charges. Very concerning experience. Check your statements carefully!

I canceled their subscription, and after 2 years of not using it, they charged my account €400! I wrote to support, and that idiot at customer service told me there was nothing he could do and that I should file a dispute with PayPal to see who would win. Of course, PayPal refunded me the full amount after I provided proof. 0 stars, horrible experience

Started my trial but wasnt an easy ride at all, too complecated. Within a week decided to leave, they told me not to worry as I couldnt remove my bank card details before the trial ended. Watch out the CANCEL plan option hidden in a bottom right hand corner in the plan section, that I obviously missed. I relied to their email message anyway they kept charging my bank card but when I requrested for a refund, I was told only one refund is allowed. Very unprofessional. I have never given anyone negative review in my life but they have made me to do this. Thanks
