I did like the course and found it very…
I did like the course and found it very helpful. I flew through the material as I found it helpful and engaging. The company on the other hand is what is throwing me off. They are very unresponsive in every way possible. I’m really disappointed in that so much that I don’t think I’ll do other courses here.

We want to clarify that course certificates are typically issued on the Monday following a course’s completion and can take up to a week to prepare. In your case, we received your email on a Friday afternoon, just one day after you completed the course. Understanding that you needed your certificate urgently, a team member came in on Saturday to prepare and send it to you — just two days after completion. We always strive to support our learners in a timely and thoughtful way, and we regret that this experience gave a different impression. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll continue to improve how we communicate these timelines up front to avoid future misunderstandings. Good research, fair timeline and communication
Revision- after correspondence with the company, they claim they did not receive most of my emails and that they sent out links every time there was an update. It could be the fault of my email program, although I check my spam folder regularly, but I did not receive those. So I’ll change to 3 stars, although for any future research I will go directly to a researcher rather than a third party like trace. I think there is too much chance for miscommunication and lack of response. The research was good, the communication was really bad! I recently had my grandfather in Norway researched. When the final report came back, there was some scans of records that were missing. I have emailed four times and called once, and absolutely no response. They are really good at communicating until they get your money, and then no follow-up until the final report, and no response after the final report.

The next day 25 April 2023 I was out of the office but today 26 April 2023 I responded to your follow-up email that we will look into the issue and fix any mistakes. We were as prompt as we could have been. We also sent you consistent updates on your project during the entire process.

Perhaps my expectations were too high
What they did really well was keep you aware of where they were in the process. However, the information was of little value to what I was searching for, and hoping they could track down for me. Perhaps my expectations were too high.
