Helpful research into my ancestors
The process of asking for help and responding to the researchers was easy. They were respectful and helpful when they asked questions about my goal. I received regular updates, even just to tell me the research was ongoing. The final report was easy to read and gave me directions about the next step.

I have learned SO much in these courses!
I have now taken three courses offered by Trace, and each one has been extremely educational. The immigration course was very in depth, and I loved how information was broken out in various ways, such as by nationality, by time frame, by religious group, etc. I have learned so much by taking these courses, and I look forward to more courses from Trace!
