Every thing came up fine

Easy fast shopping and saved details for a quick check out

Easy to order. Hardest part of the order was taking measurements in American units (inches, feet) and converting them to metric centimeters. We shall see how the quality of the equipment is when it comes in. Wonderful customer service when I contacted them a few months ago. They answered all of my questions very quickly.

Quality products, the right products, easy to choose and uncomplicated to pay. Free international shipping is awesome. I'll buy my next sword from you, just because of that.

I cannot speak highly enough of Tozando. From start to finish, ordering from them has been nothing short of a fantastic experience, and they have truly set the gold standard for online customer service. The team behind Tozando is extraordinarily kind, attentive, and genuinely cooperative. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, their staff was immediately responsive, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was handled with utmost care. It is rare to find a company that is so consistently helpful, accommodating, and dedicated to its customers. Highest possible recommendation to anyone looking for top-tier quality backed by a team that genuinely cares!

Ordering instructions were easy to understand and to complete. I am looking forward to receiving the completed Katana. Arigato and Aloha,
