Very disappointed with phone conversations to coordinate vehicle purchase. Information concerning availability and price changed constantly. Toyota of Dallas sales personnel misrepresented themselves as sales managers and customer relations people who made me repeat myself to the point of frustration. I refused to come to their showroom as they destroyed my trust and confidence in them.

Going to this dealership is the worst experience of my life. If i had the option, i would give them negative stars. All they do is lie to their customers and behave rudely. They wasted my 3 days , the manager was so rude and sarcastic and now they don’t want to give my money back. I put $800 on a car and realized that they charged us way more than other dealerships. I hadn’t taken the car home yet nor, finalized the process. The next day, i called and said i want to back out and even went to the dealership. They kept changing the deal and tried to charge me more money. When I asked for my refund, they said I won’t get any refund. They spoke so rudely and slammed the door in front of us and even threated us. I have never met such rude, lying crooked people in my life. I am never going to this dealership again and I want my money back! I will take actions against them and file a complaint with Texas Attorney General over false sales practices violating customer protection laws.

Salesman was trying to overcharge me in fee's, very disturbing, i dont know that installed options on the used car can be charged when buying used..... unbelievable
